I believe this is my first post in this thread. Didn't want to take this to the random thoughts thread even though it probably fits there. Over the past week I've been driving from MA to CA along a route that has also included CT, NY, PA, OH, KY, TN, AR, OK, TX, NM, AZ and NV. Plenty of (major) red territory right? Yet in that entire stretch I've seen only two Trump/MAGA stickers on vehicles. One in rural PA near the border with NY and one in Dickson outside Nashville I couldn't count the number of vehicles I've passed during the time I've been driving. But I can count to two pretty easily. I saw like 150 Vegas Knights stickers this morning alone for crying out loud. Upon some reflection this random observation has been one of my favorite aspects of this move

Yeah, this is stretching it. We had a blackout against Texas in 2006 and a bunch of people painted their whole body black. Some lady wrote into the newspaper and she got roasted for it. There's a bit of a difference between being a racist in blackface and a sports fan participating in a blackout.
