Fair point that a lot of people are getting blindsided by their numbers this filing season when almost all the headlines were about owing less taxes because of the tax cut. I fucked up my withholding when I was in my mid 20s, it took me years to recover, but then again that was when the internet was brand new and didn’t have much in the way of tax planning tools. I’m pretty obsessive about it every year exactly because of my experience when I was younger.

I didn't feel attacked at all. My only point was compared to the 100's of controversies we have seen from one president, her controversy has to be considered minor and has received more attention because that's what HE wants to happen. As far as her family goes, finding a tribe would be amazing since we can't find her parents, but I guess that is a bit of a circular issue. It wouldn't be to get benefits and profit from the lineage. but to finally get a sense of where she came from and what her roots are, since it is something she has always wanted to know but was very hard to find until recently.
