The House of Representatives elects the President from the 3 Presidential candidates who received the most electoral votes
Minnesota and NH were very close in 2016, but I don’t see either flipping. I keep coming back to the potential that Florida Amendment 4 can have if the voting rights groups win the trial set for April. The last two presidential elections in Florida were decided by less than 125,000 votes. The 2018 Senate and Governor races were decided by less than 35,000. Amendment 4 potentially restores voting rights to between 1-1.5 million former felons who have served their sentences. Without Florida’s 29 electoral votes, Trump has to run the table everywhere else. There is no realistic path to victory without Florida.
