I'm with the popular opinion. Ninja is good as fuck, but god damn he is so cringe. I can't imagine how he was before this. The better than everyone else attitude doesn't go over very well either.

No, it's spring break Part of the reason Ninja was able to do 600k at 1am on a weekday And kids are watching in school. Ninja's stream is always in sub mode but in streams where sub mode is disabled you see someone say "watching you in school" 100x an hour

You think Drake, juju, and Travis all just picked some random streamer to squad up with? I'm not a big fan of ninja the personality, but he's extremely successful at what he does. It's certainly not just 12 year olds watching him. Juju doesn't make as much $$ as ninja.

hey people who have all these twitch prime subs. pick some random streamer and give them that free sub instead of just giving another $3 to someone that is going to clear 2 million this month. even if you never go back into that stream it will mean a lot more to that person.

Nah, I would rather support someone I actually watch/find entertaining instead of performing a quasi-charity act. If someone is a good streamer, they'll get noticed eventually. My prime sub goes to xQc. He's entertaining and toxic, and most likely suffering from moderate to severe mental health issues. I would fear for his livelihood if he wasn't such a popular streamer.
I do agree with this although my prime sub has lapsed plenty of times when I go a while without watching twitch. In those cases, I usually just sub to whoever I'm watching that day
I think you get streamer specific emotes (I don't use the chat, so this may not be true for prime subs), and no commercials. Some streams have sub games/discords/communities.
honestly. you get pretty much nothing. its a form of donating. if you really want to break it down, you get access to that streamer's specific emojis. For the bigger streamers, thats usually the only perk. The smaller ones do more for their subs but that's all person specific.
