    the san marino team has a stadium with a capacity of 700!!

    but to answer your question, I assume there are leagues in all European countries and these 2 teams happen to be the champions of thier respective leagues.

    Also the first qualifying phase should have started yesterday in another exciting fixture featuring the champions of Andorra against the champions of Malta, but the game had to be cancelled because the pitch conditions were terrible due to heavy rains.

    Here's a little rundown.


    The big countries get guaranteed spots into group play, the big countries also send a team or two to the qualifying tournament, but they don't play til like Round 3 or 4.

    Not how it works. Spurs will be on the major side and face another major. Very likely you could get Sevilla, Werder, Ajax or Celtic. It won't be an easy draw and it wouldn't surprise me if ya'll lose the tie like Everton.

    I'm hoping you do, more money for Arsenal.

    Last year was the first year for this format. The old one pitted both champions and non champions against each other and there were more rounds and it was just as confusing.
