Good game, Tar Heels. Maye did a great job attacking the more inexperienced members of the secondary. As rough as Athan looked at QB (and he was bad), our backup QB throwing that abysmal pick in the endzone when Athan was having cramps was the back breaker.
I imagine this will be the worst Gopher squad in a bit, that foundation seems pretty strong though just needs more higher end talent in the right spots
Yeah the thought was this was a retooling year that would end up something around 7-5. Still don't see a reason that can't be the case (and I had this pegged as one of the five losses before the season), but the passing game needs to figure it out. At least the Gophers seem to have found a good back to replace Ibrahim with Taylor. My one positive takeaway for the game.
Atlanta scored two goals during the time Pitt was chinese water torturing us for a tuddy, so conflicting
scripted first drive and tons of game left but really hard to not be a tad concerned. defense is still soft one year things may change it just has to
nothing ever changes with this program. doesn’t matter the coach or the personnel or the year. endless groundhog day
i literally just told my wife “if mahomes did that, every NFL account wouldn’t shut up about it for the next year” and the first thing hasselbeck said is “durrr mahomes like!” lol
