im finally getting back into being able to play video games semi regularly (stopped after baby was born), so I’m going through popular older titles right now. Just finished Last Of Us, Skyrim, and Doom (2016). Current options are: Diablo 3, Mass Effect: Andromeda, or Witcher 3. Halp
Loving the new God of War if you're looking for a good story driven game. I had only played one previously and I just redboxed it and played it over a weekend so I watched a story recap to get caught up as this one is completely different story wise.
If you are the type to be able ot play two games at once, Diablo 3 is the type you can play a chunk at a time when taking a break from Witcher. I am completely overwhelmed by Witcher, I started it months ago on PC and haven't gone back yet, but I really want to. Either way you are in for a great ride.
Yea my biggest issue is that I play video games like 30 minutes to an hour at a time. Hard to get into a rhythm with most games.
man i know that feeling, i'm lucky to get 30 minutes, definitely makes it tough on the experience and getting comfortable with a game.
Super Mega Baseball 2 could be an option for your timeframes. Games are about 25 minutes, so you could essentially play 1 game at a time. Of the ones you listed, Witcher 3 is definitely the way to go though.
I also had Uncharted there to play, but I’ve never played any of the others and got the sense it was like a Tomb Raider/Assassin’s Creed style puzzle solver with a bunch of jumping and hanging on shit. I’ve never been really into those though. I got a bunch of games from a buddy that he had already beaten. Basically I bought my PS4 and he handed me like 10 games.
It’s a bit more than that. Some run-n-gun, some stealth segments, some rail segments... it’s nice variety but plays like a big budget action film.
