usually the bnet username is whatever email you signed up to battlenet with

if you don't know that then you may be fucked

would be neat to just have a password reset email sent but they want a code sent to the old phone number or a copy of a photo ID before that so

if you're talking about retrieving an account from before they merged battle.net email with account name, it might be an uphill battle
