I used double-barrel 6 mg Zyn from sun up to sun down for a couple of years. Quitting cold turkey sucked but my wife kept me honest and was supportive. I leaned on the thought process of “it’s better than smoking or dipping” but it’s also much much worse for you than just not doing it.
