What I like is that it's not enough that water is going to pour into the garage from the street but we also made the gutter dump out at the garage to add to it.
so in the Netherlands we actually deal with those type of levee houses quite a lot, but what typically happens is that you just have a basement style think on the lower level and you have acces to the house at the same level as the road since i know im doing a bad job explaining it this https://www.funda.nl/koop/verkocht/rotterdam/huis-42015980-bergse-linker-rottekade-80/ is an example
It wasn’t as dramatic of a decline but I knew someone who lived in this house a while ago in north Georgia. Driving down the driveway was terrifying.
Put a quarter pipe right in front of the garage, skateboard in the summer and snowboard in the winter
Mike Gundy’s home for sale for $8 million: He lives in a Bass Pro Shops https://zillowgonewild.com/2024/04/...gundys-stillwater-ok-home-listed-for-8000000/
His only chance of selling that place is getting fired and having Ok State hire another bumpkin as HC
If I could get OSU to cover the first $2 million or so in un-Big Buck Huntering costs, I think I'd be pretty happy there.
I’ve been to Oklahoma once and nothing there should cost $8million that isn’t associated with the thunder.
there’s like a 38 million dollar home listed on Zillow in ATL right now edit: found it https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/...ssage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare
Think Harsin left some absurd looking home when he left Auburn that will surely never sell to anyone. Mike Tyson had a mansion in I think New Jersey that sat empty for decades. The market is so incredibly small
We only thought Mike Gundy lived in a Bass Pro Shop. I legitimately believe Tony Stewart's house is a converted Bass Pro Shop.
