So we are going to sign another old and worthless player to go with a team filled with old and worthless players. Great

Actually Adriano is only 27 and has been impressive this year. He got called up to the Brazilian national team and has scored 15 goals in 17 appearances for the top team in Brazil

And he has what 2 maybe 3 good years ahead?

Milan needs to build back up with youth. If we are going to take some lumps atleast let it be in a true rebuilding effort.

-Lazio's Goran Pandev has promised his future will be resolved in the near future. It is believed he will most likely be heading to Inter as the 2 clubs reportedly already have an agreement, but Juventus, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham, and Chelsea all remain interested in Pandev.

-Udinese star midfielder Gokhan Inler says he will wait until after the season to determine his future. Inler is most heavily linked with Arsenal.

-Atalanta have signed the former U-21 star, now 33 year old Diego De Ascentes for the rest of the season. Ascentes had previously spent time with Bari, Milan, Torino, and Livorno.

-Roma full-back Cicinho who has been sidelined since March with a knee injury says he is ready to return to first team action and will be available for the October 18th match against Milan.

-Roma's Francesco Totti says he is optimistic about recovering in time for Roma's match against Milan. Totti injured his knee onSunday against Napoli.

-Milan have been told by LA Galaxy owners that if they wish to bring David Beckham in on another loan that they must get the move done quickly. Galaxy owners want the deal done in the next couple weeks to avoid confusion and that they have a lot of work to do.

at least one of my teams won today. anyways rumors are Lippi may call up Lazio striker Mauro Zarate if Argentina continue to ignore him. Zarate getting the call up over Cassano(13 goals in 40 appearances for Samp this year) and Pazzini(16 goals in 26 appearances for Samp this year)?

oh yeah Zarate has 2 goals in 7 appearances for Lazio.

Well the cock sucking mother fucking ref sent off his second Milan player in two games. He really loves us that :aero:

so we went down to 10 in the 83 min I think. The ref added 5 min for what I dont know. Napoli scores in the 91st min and then the 94th min.

When Nesta left the game with an injury I knew 2 goals would not be enough.

We blew a great shot to get right back into the League championship race.

Dude is a beast. I hope he stays calm and waits for the next World Cup to play for Italy. Should be called up now along with Pazzini over Iaquinta and Gilardino, but Lippi is too much of a fucking idiot to do it. If a kid can play that well in Serie A, then he is ready for International play.

So we finally got Milito and Motta back from injury, but Eto'o and Balotelli left with injuries. No one is sure how Balotelli got injured he came out after half complaining that he was hurt. Eto'o was playing through a bruised foot but had to leave because of it. Milito scored the 5th goal for Inter. Also Santon was pretty shaky the entire 2nd half :(

Leonardo has the team playing exceptionally well. The 2 points we lost against Napoli could end up killing us, though. I really hope that's not how it works out, but we'll have to wait and see. Enormous mid-week game and then at Lazio next weekend. Feeling good to be a Milan fan again lol. Please, your manager has proven that he has some ability, so you can give him the players he asks for, Berlusconi.

The problem isn't really with Huntelaar. It's more about the rest of Milan's squad than him, because we cannot provide him the type of service that he needs to succeed. I don't think he will last very long in Milan, but I don't really blame him for not taking Italy by storm so far.

Trade him + cash for Dzeko next summer plx?

Milan will play for a draw against RM. Its Milan that's what we do. If Leo has these boy's go for the win I will be shocked.

Things look OK right now. There is no way this team win's the league but if they can stay in the top 3 or 4 it would be great. I agree clearly Leo can be a good coach and has shown it so far. They need to bring in some talent to help the cause.

Pato is young and not consistent. Dino is a head case it look's like he only has 45 min of solid play in him ever other game. I would love Milan to add Dzeko but he also needs someone to get him the ball in the box like huntelaar.

I think they are still 3 quality players ( A back, Midfielder, Striker) away from being a top club.

Roma President Rosella Sensi insists she still intends to sell the club after nearly two years of failed takeover attempts.

A large segment of Roma fans have protested at her apparent inability to relinquish the club from her family’s control.

Italpetroli, the company run by the Sensi family with a majority stake in Roma, is severely in debt, so much so that investment in the club is extremely limited.

Roma fans have watched several bidders come in for the club only to be turned down by Sensi for reasons unbeknownst to them.

Speaking to Guerin Sportivo, Sensi said: “We are always ready to listen to those who present a serious project and have the intention of doing the best for Roma.

“Up until now, an offer meeting that criteria hasn’t arrived.”

Asked about interest from a consortium led by local businessman Francesco Angelini, Sensi replied: “They are only rumours, which have been given too much credit.”

Milan are looking at the following targets............

    Simone Pepe
Looking for a loan with option to buy in the summer. Udinese want a permanent deal.

    Andrea Dossena
Napoli and Roma look to be the leaders but there is a good chance Milan make a bid

    Nani
Juve and Milan may be the final home for Nani. Price tag could be anywhere 15-18. Juve may opt for Real Madrid star Rafael Van der Vaart.

    Milos Krasic
Looks like a deal for this kid may still on the table

We just signed the African kids so I think Milan will go with youth.

Addressing the back line and adding youth is the direction Milan looks to be going.

Beckham will be back in January. He is :old: So maybe Milan does sign Nani to get much younger.

The Beckham move is more for money than anything else, but he was actually very good for Milan last year, so we'll see what happens. He can replace both Pirlo and Seedorf against lesser Serie A sides, so that's a plus...

I'd kill for Milos Krasic, but signing Adi takes that off the table.

Inter could be loaning Davide Santon off :(

Inter will be looking to sign a 21 year old Argetninian centre-back who has already made 5 appearences for the National team.

Also looking to sign Daniele Galloppa, a young Parma player who is currently playng in the friendlies for Italy this week.

I know Inter are going after a couple of young Italian midfielders but I forgot their names

Lazio's Goran Pandev has already agreed to come to Inter

I read that we might be having some problems closing the deal with Adi so who knows. I'm hoping the deal falls through, so we can get Krasic, but I don't know if we'll be willing to shell out 15 million Euros or whatever he'll cost. We'll end up with Adi and Beckham in January and probably no one else... Kind of sucks but no surprise.

Jose Mourinho admits he hasn’t quite settled into Serie A and the endless controversy at Inter. “I want to build something, but Italy is not the country for this.”
The ‘Special One’ was widely adored among the British media, but accusations of arrogance were treated very differently in the peninsula.

“In Italy, I was coming to the motherland of tactics, the country of catenaccio and defensive football,” insisted Mou in The Times.

“The objective was to win not only in a third different league but a place where they say foreign Coaches have had little success. But the time will come for stability.

“I love Inter and would love to build for the future here. In fact, I am doing it now, because I am not a selfish coach and I’m thinking about the future in terms of youth development and the age structure of my first team — but Italy is not the country for this.

“England is the country. And my football is English football.”

The irony is that in Italy Mourinho has been criticised precisely for adopting negative, excessively physical tactics rather, almost a return to the out-dated catenaccio and defensive football that has all but disappeared.

His other complaint about Serie A has more behind it, as the Portuguese boss saw predecessor Roberto Mancini sacked despite winning three consecutive Scudetti.

Champions League failure was the cause and it is something Mou has also had to face in his two seasons at San Siro.

“Clearly it is unrealistic to expect to stay at a club as long as Sir Alex [Ferguson], but I am ready for the next phase of my career. I want to work with a different perspective.

“At Porto, my objective was to win to earn the right to go abroad. At Chelsea, my ambition was to create a bit of history. But I always knew Chelsea lacked the normal English culture of stability.

“I was never under any illusions. I understood the personality of Roman [Abramovich] and the culture of the people around him and knew it was not a job for 10 years.

“My role was to give this man what he wanted — victory — knowing that, sooner or later, my time would finish, because there were too many things going on around me.”

Didn't see you list Hernanes as one of Milans targets but it looks like Milan will try to get him. I remember Milan trying to get him in the summer but they already had there quota of non EU players. His club rejected a 15 million euro offer from Barca because they believe he is worth at atleast twice that.

Aldo looks like Inter will have to battle Juve for Goran Pandev and Antonio Candreva
