There's a difference between the conspiracy theorists that thinks Hillary Clinton's foundation was a funnel for foreign influence vs thinking it was used to buy children to drink their blood. What some of these people believe is just political fan fiction of the dumbest levels. These people cannot and have never learned how to think rationally. That's why it's not surprised they are also typically correlated heavily with religious ideologies through the defense of their 'faith' that by definition is a belief in something that is not provable. Many of them grew up during the Vietnam War when the government was exceptionally corrupt and clandestine. They also grew up being told what they saw on one of the three news networks at the time was correct. Every person is different, but these two beliefs are imo the core beliefs that work together in the making of a MAGA fanatic.
