how about for starters you can just tag me if you are curious about some CFB data, I'll let you know what I have and if I can help lol most of my data centers around Power 5, Major Bowl history, P5 recruiting since 2014, and then picks/projections I also have spread related data for Bama, Aub, LSU, UGa, UF, A&M, Texas, OU, Tenn, FSU, Clem, Miami, OSU, Michigan, SC, Oregon, Wash, PSU, and ND since 2006 and their entire game history since 1992
I don't know if he's right or wrong this, but in that thread he asks whether 8-4 would be a success because it's an "all-in" year and that's insane. Deion going 8-4 in year two would be a remarkable success from a record standpoint there, even if it's hollow and goes away entirely when he son leaves. Anyone suggesting otherwise is just being stupid.
He also makes the good point of "what's next?". He is in no way setting CU up for any long term success. When he leaves on a low or high note they will be in big, big trouble.
It's not that remarkable. Shane Beamer went 8-4 his second year and took over a Muschamp shambles program. (He was back down to 4 wins this year).
Content of the post notwithstanding Bud Elliott - another unbiased Noles fan wrt Deion Sanders that very clearly does not have an axe to grind.
Colorado has won 8 or more games in a season one time since 2004. It has won more than 5 games in a season one time since 2007. "What's next" is a reasonable question to ask regarding whether Deion is putting his program in any sort of situation where it could actually build on a good 2024 if it does end up happening. But you have to be incredibly biased against Deion to hold him to a standard where taking Colorado to its second-best season in 20 years in year 2 somehow wouldn't qualify as an accomplishment or success. It wouldn't make his entire tenure there automatically successful. But let's at least be honest about what that critique is from someone pretending to be some kind of smart, neutral observer.
Ok didn't realize they were in quite that bad of shape. Hand up, that one's on me. 8 wins still doesn't seem that high a bar but I'm in the cowardly SEC where we play 4 OOC games.
Nebraska hasn’t been to a bowl in DrTomOsbourne lifetime. He’s not here in the neutral observer role.
Buff fans have been big mad about Max Olson (Husk alum) writing an article about the players Prime processed.
You seem weirdly attached to this narrative. Deion has been a lookatme chode forever and the people who followed FSU closely are more aware of it than people just seeing his act for the first time. It's like saying UT fans have an axe to grind when they point out all the creepy shit TAMU does.
Still laughing at Colorado having 3 top 25 WR in the country. One being a corner, one who had just 600 yards in a fully healthy 4th season, and one who averaged just 10 yards a reception.
Good lord, we've got an 8 year old posting on here about having a wife and daughter? Someone get that child a counselor
Let’s not forget he said Nebraska was the 21st most talented team last year. That might be the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever read on here.
I’m struggling to find a publication that has a single one of them in the top 25 of their rankings I was assured all three were elite
It's especially fun because none of them are even the best WR in Colorado! But really, their WRs are the least of their worries. I wouldn't say all top 25 but they're quite talented
Gonna start charging you rent buddy. Maybe we can set another bet? Head on down here and pay me. Much nicer in the winter than West Virginia.
your data shows we are going 9-3 which is incorrect, we are going 12-0. just fyi, I assume this is just a glitch or an error in the underlying data
For real though, I like KState to win the BXII and be the 4 seed Love the addition of Edwards to that ground game
Flying to deliver the money in person isn’t really a big deal at all. You can hit Warp 9 in Subspace. Like crossing the room.
