The new infractions are from in between when the prosecution sought sanctions for the first 9 and when the judge ruled on the prosecution’s motion. The gag order wasn’t modified and he hasn’t violated it since the Judge’s ruling (I think).

I have to imagine there is a super easy loophole of transferring the money to sub-charitable funds and just cap the unique donations to 3. It adds a small frictional cost, but a negligible impact.
