Hall is so tough to score on but damn does he get away with some serious stalling. Both Zahid and Bo pressed the action completely and he did nothing but counter until the end
No Well maybe but I like the kid who beat the kid from Parsons Ave plus the dude who pinned the mexican
I have no issues with Bo but really rooting for him to try a throw up here to lose the match just to watch Stevis meltdown after a dominating team performance
I'm over it now. Thought there should've been a 2nd stall call but oh well. You guys are scary right now
You going to Cleveland next year? TMB wrestling meetup I don't know if I can handle meeting up with all the PSU crew with you guys being this good though
I'm not overly familiar with yesman but any internet friend of FrankReynolds & RockHardEnis39 is an internet friend of mine. My wife is going to be stoked.
You guys go on I have too many options for an orgy with you guys - I'm sure it would be fantastic though.
So my DVR ended in the middle of the 2nd period with Bo up 4-2 on Dean....what the fuck do I do? I still have no idea who won.
Where does Manville fit in for PSU down the road? They seemed stacked at any possible weight for him.
Thoughts on 57-74: Nolf is amazing but has zero competition. Worst weight class by far, hopefully some talent is infused next year. wow, I take back what I said about Cenzo--he's good, we knew that, but this is IMar. I'm taking IMar the next time they wrestle 100%, but Cenzo was just better than a guy that most thought would be a 4xer. This feels kind of like Myles-Nickal last year. Will always take Bo in that match, same with Isaiah. Bo Jordan, to me, wrestled his best match of the season tonight. Hall did an incredible job. I thought Bo earned the two when he hooked the leg. I'm not necessarily mad about no stall call, although if Bo did a little more and didn't get taken down at the end he could have gotten it. Mark Hall was just good today. You can get in on his legs, you can be 90% finished with the TD and he finds a way to scramble and take you down. Seen him do it countless times and Bo was the latest victim. That was maybe 2 and 2, but Hall deserves all the credit in the world. Beast. I can't believe I waited all year for Bo Nickal-Gabe Dean and my DVR cut it off after 4 minutes, but based off what I saw, Dean was wayyyyy too tentative. He should impose and not worry so much about getting tossed. Nickal seems to have the mental edge. We'll see. I'm guessing Dean takes him down at some point, but he needs to remember he's Gabe Dean.
Refs helped Hall a ton and Nickal stalled late too. I'm also quite drunk and it's 1:11, taste my fucking tears.
Your tears are a nice chaser for all these tequila shots I'm doing. 5 for individual titles, 1 for team title, and 1 for big ten hockey champs
Took the football loss much worse. Absolutely spiked my remote and a few other things afterwards, fucking Tim Beck.
Hope you're also drinking real tequila, Jose and the other shit is gross with all the sugar they put in.
My uncle wrestled at OkSt back in the day so him and my aunt are huge donors, travel all over including this tournament every year for as long as I can remember. I need to start tagging along with their group just can't do it quite yet with my work schedule. Would be awesome if it could happen next year but we'll see
wow nickal beat dean, 5/5 for PSU without Suriano. Maybe next year will be one of the greatest teams ever. To whomever asked about Manville: Good fucking question. There's certainly no room for him next year, and maybe not the year after.
Watched the whole thing last night, incredible night for PSU. Not knowing much about college wrestling I have a couple of questions. 1.) what was wrong with the 141 champ from OkState? He seemed like he had a few screws loose? Why doesn't Cael coach at ISU?
All wrestlers have a few screws loose, probably my favorite athletes. Toughest sport on the planet. Money I think
