I'm guessing he or he and Yara take down Euron, then play some important role in the battle against the NK. He has to play an important role to keep getting time, you are right there I think. I don't know how a naval fleet will help against the NK though. Maybe his importance is just to help take down Cersei?
Hated seeing Littlefinger go. Really wanted him to be the one that was the last one standing. He deserved it more than anyone
The emergence of the "Charles" Bran completely screwed him over. Karma for not taking care of business in that early assassination attempt.
It would've been cool if they granted LF a trial by combat. No one would've come forward to be his champion and he would've had to face Arya. She would've cut him to pieces like her uncle Brandon did 20+ years ago. This time with Sansa looking on instead of Cat. And also with him dying.
It's what I thought was going to happen. I was also a little disappointed with the talk of Arya "being the executioner, but Sansa passed the sentence" when Ned was always insisting those people should be the same.
WHAT IF SANSA WARGED INTO ARIA!? Just kidding. I was watching an Alt Shift X about the Night King and remembering 2 seasons ago when people would come up with the most ridiculously complex shit tinfoil hat theories because nothing was actually happening in the show
Yes and bc he interacted/touched Bran in his vision same as Bloodraven. Maybe he can even see the future to a certain extent. I personally think the NK kept the army back until the dragons arrived. It just happened to coincide with the Hound throwing the rock. Would also explain why he wasn't in a rush to march towards the wall.
Plus it is probably a call back to when Dany was in the House of the Undying when they showed her visions of the Iron Throne covered in snow.
The two visions in the House of the Undying tell you how the show ends IMO. Dany enters the throne room and walks towards the throne. The room has been decimated, most likely by dragon fire since the ground area is fine. Snow has trickled into the room. She walks towards the throne and reaches out towards it but never touches it. The throne is covered in snow (hmmm). The second vision she's at the wall and is reunited with her dead husband and dead son (hmmm).
Spoiler Jon entering a frozen and devastated throne room and Dany dying at the end with her having a Gladiator type ending reunite with Drogo and her son as she lay dying.
Who was it that posted the picture that looked like a season poster showing the Night King riding a dragon, perched on the Wall, breathing blue flame? Was trying to find that and couldn't.
Was thinking something similar Arya will kill a white walker now that she has the Valeyrian knife. And she will use the Face of a white walker to infiltrate and murder hoards of white walkers because they will have no idea she is human. That will make her the hero of the world. A girl who wanted to be a knight who no one thought could
So Bronn and Pod getting beers is because of the no Cersei/Bronn scene clause right? So petty yet hilarious
ha I didn't think of that. Bronn likes to talk shit about the nobles but he also seems to want some of it for himself.
yeah I think this is one of those that has been obvious for so long there is no doubt (like Jon's heritage)
She can take the face of any freshly dead person I think. I could be misinterpreting the earlier episode where she wore a face from the House of White and Black, but she didn't kill the person herself.
The Hound and Jaime team up to defeat Zombie Mountain, per Bran's dream, then Jaime chokes Cersei to death.
This would work. Jaime will return to KL and the Hound will tag along to settle his debt. I was thinking Jaime would return with the intention to kill Cersei but maybe not. Maybe he goes North and helps, the situation turns dire, so he volunteers to go back South to try to convince Cersei again. She sicks the Mountain on them and Clegane Bowl commences. Then Jaime takes her out and returns North with the troops. Or maybe they get stomped up North and have to retreat South. Jaime goes ahead of them to KL to try to talk sense into her.
also: absolutely do not buy Tyrion being in love with Dany (at least based on that boat scene) Thought it was pretty obvious he was contemplating his position/influence/what those two in love means for the realm
I agree with this too. I just don't understand why Tyrion would be opposed to Jon since he thinks highly of him and there isn't really a downside to that alliance. Unless he thinks love is going to cloud her judgement.
just seems strange with only 6 episodes left. Some intervening force will stop them from reaching Westeros
yeah. They might not introduce any of them character-wise, could just show an army. And it really is a full season if they are going to be 90m episodes, so I think there is time. We'll see.
