Anyone ever have adverse reactions to flu shots? I got mine yesterday. Last night I barely slept because I was on so hot and was having night sweats. Have a terrible headache this morning.
Sounds like they accidentally gave you an AIDS shot instead of the flu vaccine. Sorry for the bad break. Ts and #Ps
Day two and I'm feeling fine, well except my team pays $4 mill to a fat coach with a losing overall record and a conference record only better than KY
I work with the disgusting public and have to go to people's nasty ass homes so yes, I get my free flu shot.
My boss gave it to me and I missed Thanksgiving and the Miracle in Jordan Hare. Worst I've ever been sick in my life, I will always get a flu shot. I hate Compass Bank forever.
I've asked this before but can't remember the answer... is there an alternative to give your kid a flu shot that is allergic to eggs?
The flu shot this year (and probably all years henceforth) can be given to people with egg allergies.
I used to have to get a flu shot every year for work. When I changed jobs it was no longer mandatory so I kept putting it off; I’ll go tomorrow/this weekend/next week type of stuff. I ended up waiting too long and got the flu. I was sick AF and felt like I wanted to die for a week and a half and ended up giving the flu to everyone else who hadn’t yet gotten a flu shot. Get a flu shot, don’t be that guy
Pussy, and you don’t even let your grandmother hold your kid. The probabilities are so overwhelmingly on you not getting sick even without the shot
I expect youre making a running joke from somewhere earlier in the thread, because otherwise this is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read on TMB
I have this weird obsession about not getting sick or battling it, i got sick this year before everyone else, i usually don’t get sick so it should be a solid one.
I used to never get the shot until I got the flu 3 years ago, and it was the worst week of my life. Target literally pays you $5 to get it. There are zero reasons not to get one.
Publix is paying $10 I’ve still never had a flu shot and never had the flu but with my wife sitting at 38 weeks pregnant, I’ll be getting one this year.
This brings up another important discussion which is the Tdap. Tetanus, diphtheria and pertusssis. Everyone should get this vaccine. GeneralPaton, you having the pertussis protection will be most important for your new baby. I would insist that grandparents and general family that want to hold the baby all get the Tdap as well before doing so.
I got Tdap last week and both sets are grandparents have gotten it as well. Wife obviously got it a while ago.
The flu killed 80,000 people in the United States last year. People who don’t get the shot because they don’t get sick or whatever stupid reason they come up with are shitbags.
