I did take like 3 hours to finish my 3 main things today, that was with 2 meals and a ton of stretching in between because my core is fucked and only 2 days in between my last hard back day. Forearms feel like Popeye after deads, farmer walks, then hex bar holds. Scheduling my next cycle out a lot better than I did this 1.
Weekends, that sounds fine to me. Weekdays, not sure I could handle my whole day being work/travel time/working out/errands which a 3 hour workout would pretty much make it become.
Twisted the shit out of my ankle a few days ago. It's not swollen but still hurts. Haven't done any lower body work because of it. Every Day Is Arm Day
I have the Slingshot compression cuff that I have to use from time to time. Not the same as the sleeve, but it's gotten the job done.
You think they will help training through lower bicep pain. I can do most my lifts just fine, it's just the few that are suffering and the soreness is insane.
Not sure man, I'm no physio. Maybe? It helps when I'm having elbow pain, but the cuff isn't big enough to reach up there. Maybe you can get one the size of your bicep?
Yeah probably just need some sort of sleeve or something. Not certain but I think it’s like tennis elbow.
Doing a bit of research which I should have done months ago, definitely the biceps brachii. Bought some sleeves, hopefully they'll help so I can quit crying in this thread.
i have been clicking along my program fine. deload next week and the next block should be the first where the main lifts are over 80% for 6s. the bars at the new gym are bendy as hell. also turns out the squat bar is 55lbs. i was really struggling with some doubt, but feel okay about things.
I don’t know about you, but when I competed with squat bars it would feel like the bar covered half my back.
i used a buffalo bar a lot at the old gym, set my last pr on a stiff bar. this squat bar just sinks into my back. feels pretty secure.
the program is giving me a lot of HB pause squats after deadlifts. am i fine swapping in belt squats for that? mentally not as comfortable bar squatting heavy after the DL.

Today was destruction of my body. Did a 185-205-225 12-10-8 on lunges, then zercher squats(because I can't do front squats), then counted single leg extensions, and knee to chest leg press. That had me done, had a meal, took a nap, then managed to get a 5X6 hex bar reps of 380 done plus some cardio Tomorrow should be fun.
I typically don't do full leg days and split it up into half sessions twice a week, feel pretty good now that it's over.

Just seems like a miserable life being a top bodybuilder and of course the side effects, why I don't follow it at all. Larry has charm in his videos and fun watching him lift crazy shit but obviously a nutcase.
I don't have the slightest clue why but my body has to be allergic to squatting. My ankle was ok today so I gave it a go. And for some reason after a few reps I can feel the DOMS immediately. Every single time I took off a week plus from squatting this always happens. I have to break my vagina in every time. It's so fucking aggravating. No other lift does this shit.
