he is Eli Manning. Mediocre for his career except when it counted most. Now it shows that he got old and was benched for a younger talent in James
That was an awesome 4 days. Hope this isn’t the last time the three of them are in the same tournament.
I find that so hard to believe. They are known for Jeopardy. There will be another tournament with a million on the line or something that will bring them back. all bets are off if Alex retires though.
I'm reading theory that Brad intentionally stayed out of double jeopardy in game 2 because his only hope was James winning. An interesting wrinkle in the format
In a perfect world Alex would live and host forever... since we can’t have that we need to have Ken Jennings become the next host. Makes too much sense for it to not happen.
what an awesome tournament. what an ending!! i thought for sure James had it tonight and we'd get the final match tomorrow night. loved the zinger by james --> brad, although I also felt bad for him there towards the end as well. normally when you are awful, you're only on for one 30 minute episode. instead, he was there getting dunked on for 4 hours of jeapordy. i'm sad to see it end. happy that ken won (would have been happy with either ken or james). i miss it already
I’m certain that is what happened. There’s a reason he didn’t even look like he was hitting his buzzer until they were down to the small numbers.
Not true at all, betting that much would've only been a risk to him (if James somehow bet 0) Even if Ken bet it all, the whole game came down to James's answer on that FJ
