I'm pretty much happy with everything I've purchased in the $175 - $300 range, and most of my regrets are on the cheapo end. That said, I paid retail for the 2014 lamjc all gone's (Diadora) and I'm a little disappointed in myself for that given that I find them largely unwearable lol
I don’t regret anything I’ve bought. I only have 1s. Before the pandemic I bought the 2016 banneds on Goat for like 600. The purchase was stopped because they were fake. I kinda regret not getting Goat credit and using it towards another pair of Banneds. But, I stopped working and the money was needed more than the shoes.
My worst pick up was a trade. Traded OW Chicago 1's for Patta Purple AM1. Patta Purple go for $1500-2000 so getting them for a shoe I paid $190 for was great... but now the OW 1's go for $4000. Oops.

also, these are basically the 4.0s and they come with a second set of laces that match the boost color (there's also a yellow version and a blue version) currently $126 on adidas dot com
I’m in the same boat. 12.5 is my true size but I can cram into a 12 and 13’s are fine. One of those is almost always available. I plan to load up through the summer until fall then I’m going to start on the all terrains for winter.
May I also recommend the Climas for summer? They're probably my favorite UB model right now. I have these. And I have a stockx bid in for these.

In other news my HR girl is constantly getting orders from Louis Vuitton delivered to the office. I finally jokingly asked her what the hell the owner was paying her, she said not that much but she has some good investments and sells lots of stuff online. Turns out she flips shoes. She buys here and sells them at astronomical mark ups back to Taiwan/China where she and her family are from, does the same with Supreme shit, etc. She now is going to sit on releases for me, she buys smaller sizes for the Asian market and she is going to start chasing bigger sizes for me. She started by selling bootleg porn DVD's in Taiwan as a teen....
