With some of Wanda’s Mind Stone powers I wonder if Wanda will be able to feel it’s the real Vision hence the line: When he goes full White Vision and doesn’t acknowledge her, their marriage, or the kids shits going to go off. Luckily Fassbender will be able to hold White Vision still while Wanda transfers West Viewision’s consciousness into its body.

But why would they need to? Her Vision isn’t a.... vision. They just emphasized Wanda can create. And she’s supercharged by the mindstone.... so by my math, mindstone + Wanda’s memories + creation = new vision, right?
Her Vision is everything that Banner mentioned in IW, “when you take away Ultron and Jarvis and the mind stone...there’s a lot of Vision left.” Wanda can create that spirit but she can’t create a Vibrainium synthesoid. That soulless white fucker is coming for her, also... Spoiler White Vision eventually regained himself by fusing with either another multiverses Vision or Wonder Man, I can’t remember for sure.
Seriously, Wanda is way fucking more powerful than Agatha. Mutant Hex powers amplified by the Mind Stone....Agatha just has like 350 years of experience on her. 100%. Wanda is WAYYYYY more powerful, but it doesn’t make any sense to Agatha OR to Wanda. Like the majority of the episode was that Wanda had no clue how powerful her Hex was and Agatha wanted that power.
I just assumed part of the Hex power was to convince common outsiders there was no Hex aka no Westview.

Ok on my first/second watch I thought the Sword director planted the letter, but since the envelope was already open, I think she brought it with her and was going to bury Vision there. I also wonder if the town is post-snap depressed (we saw some of that during the Ant Man scenes in End Game) and it was a nicer area when Vis bought it.
Vision bought the property while they were on the run and was planning to propose to her before Thanos attacked, then 5 years post snap, the house sat there empty and never finished construction and remains an empty lot. As for how he got the money, remember Vision was still team Tony, probably convinced Tony that he could get Wanda to settle down to avoid all the Accords bullshit with him so Tony gave Vision the money.
