yeah maybe it was edited together but using them not looking directly at each other certainly isnt evidence how could you watch that movie and see that relationship and not immediately realize that they were passive aggressively looking past each other its really fucking clear
My brother and I (family) will be getting high as fuck and have my girlfriend drive us to the opening night premiere. I. Cannot. Wait.
The helicopter scene with the tow trucks in the spin off is more ridiculous than the 18 minute runway takeoff scene don’t @ me
after much consideration, I’ve decided the bank vault scene in rip is my favorite absurd scene. #RespectMyDecision #NoInterviews
Listen, I can sit back and watch mindless action with no plot, and this is what that was, but x10. But this was just dumb. No real spoilers but Spoiler Not trying to debate film theory but this was by far the worst plot of the series. No one dies, if they do they're not dead. People are surviving missile strikes, cars rolling down canyons. A car with a rocket goes to space. They even made self aware jokes about being invincible. There's no basis for reality, when you know there are no consequences for anything. It's border line science fiction at this point. Wish they would make an actual F&F movie again.
Saw it this afternoon. It's not trash and I was amused throughout, but it's definitely the most absurd one of the 9. It's reached the point where they're struggling with how to top themselves with some of this stuff, and after the end of this one I honestly don't know how they can even try in the next one. I think time travel might be the only way.
The Tyrese/Ludacris/Missandei were one of my favorite things about this movie At least until the end when things got so absurd you even think about how ridiculous it is in a Fast and Furious movie.
I like the tyrese/Ludacris comedy duo in small segments when they have to handle the load it gets to be a bit much Note I haven’t seen this one just going off the previous films
Just got back. This was the worst one by far. Tyrese is basically invincible. Can’t wait for 10 and 11.
I had the biggest smile when I saw my Tokyo Drift gang back and then they reunited with Han at the end and it made my year
Knowing the backstory behind the two dudes who continuously bicker (and how Dom met them) made it worth it.
I enjoyed the backstories and seeing a young Letty and a young white dude who got into with Brian in FF1
Yes I’m a miserable fuck bc I like to have a semblance plot. At this point these basically belong on the SCi Fi channel. I get it’s supposed to be bonkers, but it’s just bad. The characters are basically invincible. They talk about family the entire series and oops a long lost brother pops up. This series has evolved from a gang stealing DVDs off trucks to basically having flying cars . Like what you like, but the whole cast is phoning it in. These make the transformer movies look great.
Just saw this finally. I stan the series and enjoyed this movie but it's definitely towards the bottom of the series for me. Had some high highs and some low lows. First action set piece was a real mess but the climax was sweet. Plot was meh. 6/10
They're basically super hero movies at this point, just gotta have that expectation. F5 and F7 have ridiculous unrealistic bullshit and they're both fucking great movies. If you can't enjoy them because they're no longer boosting stereos that's a you problem
Those were way better and I can def enjoy mindless action movies like Pacific Rim and the Godzilla movies and appreciate them for what they are. But this one is just absurd for me
Tyrese got shot like 50 times and didn’t die or have a wound. I honestly thought they were going to have him be like Idris Elba’s character from Hobbs and Shaw.
