Re: 2 - Seems incredibly unlikely that she'd do this to her family and to his family if that were the case.
i dont think its likely but i think theres a plausible scenario where they had another fight, she said she was leaving with some stated "im going home to my parents" or whatever, he drives home to FL and then she gets reported missing and the guy lawyers up knowing the domestic incident was going to come to light
Her: "This isn't working. I need to be alone. Drive the van home. Don't call me again. I'll reach out when I want to." He agrees, drives home, and finds out she's "missing" when her parents reach out. Knowing he's the first person they'll talk to, he consults with a lawyer. The lawyer takes the belt-and-suspenders approach. Edit: I see Lyrtch already covered this.
If I’m innocent, I’m still not talking to police without a lawyer. If the police can’t find anything, they’ll do everything in their power to pin it on the bf. Not saying he’s innocent, but I understand completely why he’s not talking. Ok. 14 pages to catch up on. No chance it’s still abt this case. Carry on.
So where is this mysterious tattoo that a shirt sleeve can’t cover up, like the one in the truck stop pic? edit: very low quality and grainy truck stop pic
We don't know the communications he's had with his family, and something could have happened to her after their split.
I got pulled over on Tuesday for running a "red light". My adrenaline started pumping for sure. This kid still seemed weird to me.
Maybe he's a weird kid. Without anything to compare it to, jumping to conclusions on his demeanor in that video is pretty irresponsible.
This is insane. I’d like to hear a hypothetical that applies to your life in which you’d do this and not sound like a fucking psycho.
Probably nothing, but she did seem to be a little concerned about driving the van when they split. "How far is the hotel?", etc.
Breaking: Young people who think it’s a good idea to live out of a sprinter van and camp out daily for months might be kind of weird. Full story at 11:00.
The wounds on his hands were a bigger red flag to me than any of his behavior. And the fact that Gabby seemed to be mentally defeated and on the verge of a breakdown. I know she could just be some crazy person. But often that comes from having a mentally abusive partner.
Please give me the hypothetical scenario in which you’d actually do this. (No innocent person would actually do this).
I definitely don’t think they were roughing it, but they had been camping for a while. I get cut up and bruised from camping for a weekend
Fortunately, I've never had the cops ask to talk to me about anything beyond getting pulled over. But, if I did, I'd 100% bring an attorney.
I'm old enough to know about a poster who was innocent and nearly got railroaded by cops that posts on this here message board so it's not ridiculous to think this way.
My fiancé goes missing, my first thought is definitely drive across the country in her vehicle and lawyer up. Anyone who would do differently is a moron. /s
If my wife went missing, I'd call a lawyer because I know I'd immediately be a suspect. Depending on the circumstances, I'd still probably talk to the cops with my attorney present.
I genuinely don’t understand what you’re saying here. I’m taking this guy at his word that he did nothing wrong. In that case, this girl is lost somewhere and he’s not even saying where he last saw her.
