Full blaster during the sale this weekend $350. Or $60/pack Full Mega $550 or $60/pack but if you hit me with a the-mainboard.com reference and ask for a best price on something on the menu I can give you a small discount
Opened a H2 of Classics. These were the notable cards pulled. Not shown is the future hall of fame QB Taysom Hill /50.
The eBay tells me the 7/10 went for $17.99 so probably somewhere around that price point. Hit me up with a DM and we can work something out.
Any consensus as to the best option for grading right now, outside of PSA and BGS, factoring in price and wait times? I got the donruss gold Holo premium football set and would like to send off a handful of the non top QB rookies.
I don't think there are any good options in terms of adding value anymore. Grading market moving forward will be shit on anything valued less than ~$200. PSA and BGS are both so expensive and if you don't Gem you will have sunk a good amount of money into a slab. HGA and CSG have their warts. SGC is my favorite (for slabbing PC cards) but the resale value is brutal. Cliffs: there are no good options anymore
CSG slabs are ugly and HGA has no idea what they're doing. Second SGC. The price of SGC cards on the market seem to have gone up but no where near PSA and BGS yet. It's about a one month turn around time right now for SGC.
Getting close to New Years Day, been collecting Pokémon packs and boxes for me and my daughter to open and baseball and football for me all year long to open all on New Years Day.
Have any of you fine gentleman ever actually sent in for the no purchase necessary stuff on the package?
I don’t believe it is numbered, it’s a gold wave from the Asia TMall boxes. debating on getting it graded or not. Only seen 2 other ones for sale.
So Target, Barnes and Noble, and Walmart have all been carrying cards again but all that is out is Series 1, Draft chronicles, and Allen Ginter. What do you have on tap for your rip day?
Baseball stuff is Topps series 1 and 2, topps chrome, Bowman, draft leaf, a box of inception, Bowman Chrome, Hertitage, Archive, Gypsy, Allen and Ginter, and probably something I bought early last year that I’ve forgotten about already. Didn’t hit Football that hard but have boxes of random stuff of that. As Pokémon stuff goes anything that was released this year I pretty much have packs or boxes of.
Yeah that's what I was leaning towards. I almost bought a mega box of Wild Card Draft but talked myself out of it.
Hard no on that one, there are better unlicensed options IMO near the same cost. I got 2 hobbies of Optic and pulled 5 autos out of one and a ton of numbered parallels. Probably still didn't make money back but it was a fun rip
Wasn't me but I remember it was a Nolan Ryan 1/1 and they sent him a bunch of garbage AND kept the damaged Nolan Ryan 1/1. Panini is a shit company but Topps sure isn't much better with stuff like this.
That was me and as said above a 1/1 Nolan. First I’ve ever pulled. I emailed Topps weekly for a few months and never received a reply back.
I've had a damaged card claim in with Panini for over a year now. It's nothing major, and I would be happy if they just gave me some points. Nothing. Even after sending a few emails with no reply.
Yeah they have my scratched / damaged donruss Mac Jones Downtown right now. At least they acknowledged receiving it.
