Lol the world’s most dangerous animal, and a tiny wall is all that separates them from a killing spree.
They’re also supposedly one of the most territorial and unpredictable animals. Will attack with little to no provocation. And I assume because of their size, they don’t hesitate to attack any animal. Plenty of video of them attacking crocodiles and lions. And even some of them attacking elephants.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_deadliest_animals_to_humans Maybe hippos’ human murder per capita is better than ol’ doggo
"Deadliest large land mammal." Banks is doing that thing he loves to do where he gets super pedantic about a meaningless comment.
Guess you would have to take into consideration that hippos only live in some parts of Africa (and a few coked out hippos in Colombia). So their interaction with humans is severely limited compared to mosquitos, dogs, sharks, etc. which are spread throughout the world, have much higher population totals (hippo numbers have declined in recent years and are borderline endangered), and have a significantly greater chance of human interaction.
Just thought it was understood when viewing this thread that we’re talking about non-weapon using animals. So from now on, let’s assume that everyone is referring to non-weapon using, non-human animals.
I've been killed by many animals in all the lifetimes I've lived and I've been killed by hippos the most (even over humans)
Can’t believe we allow Shinzonᴵᴵ to post on this here message board without even so much as a gate around him.
I have had 10 mosquitos on me at one time and did not hardly feel a thing. I could put peanut butter on my nuts and a doggo would just lick it off. Can’t say the same thing about a hippo now can you!
