I feel ( I was guilty of it once upon a time) many itt don’t understand the science and just think “biological male” will always have the advantage over “biological female”. And thus argue a trans woman will have the advantage but that isn’t the case as has been pointed out the hormone therapy basically eliminates that “advantage”. There is no need to eliminate gender based sports. First of there aren’t enough trans athletes competing in them to make it anything more than right wing fear mongering and secondly they have no competitive advantage. So like I said before just let people compete with the gender they identify with. The benefits of that far outweigh any bullshit imaginary talking point assholes can come up with. If you’re answer to almost anything is exclusion then you’re more than likely an asshole and you should get fucked.
The irony in this argument is there are cis born women (glimmer help me out if my terminology is off) that are stronger, faster, and better athletes than cis born men. So even IF a man just walked up and said he identified as a woman there’s a greater than zero chance he’d still lose! I know for a fact Sha’Carri Richardson is dusting my ass on that track. And I’m going to assume my testosterone levels are 10x+ hers

I mean, even putting aside the large stated "point" of this, tons of states now demand blood samples to be kept on file by the state government of children. And some other states implemented policies that PARENTS ~*suspecting*~ a child being trans can have the kid pulled from the game pending a blood test to prove their biological sex, which opens up an insane standard that children have to "pass the eye test" to a bunch of sports-parents freaks in the stands. Heaven help that random young girl who might look a little masculine at an early time in her life and she just wants to play soccer with her friends. This isnt even the worst policy, where parents could demand other kids be pulled from the game and have their genitals inspected by uhhh whatever doctor volunteered with the state to do that. Like the cascading purity tests these freaks are demanding of kids, codified in law, for a thing thats so incredibly rare, is literally insane.
