Just give them good source material, like the Darth Bane Trilogy. I know that wont happen, but would address the concerns.
Doubt we get another trailer until October if it follows the pattern of TFA and TLJ. Probably get a BTS video at SDCC or D23.
Only 1 Teaser (April at Celebration) and 1 Trailer (October during MNF) for TLJ and TFA had the same along with that super early 30 second teaser 13 months before release.
Damn there’s a lot of info in there. Dare I say I’m already going to avoid anything else until it comes out
Just saw a Solo story. Enjoyed it. Couldn't place the female for the longest time but finally got there (not a huge GoT fan). Will be visiting Galaxy's Edge in Disney World in November, I'm pretty excited.
JJ saying that he, Rian Johnson, Lawrence Kasdan, and George all worked out the details of the story, to ensure that it ends not only this trilogy but the whole trilogy of trilogies. He said the were able to take elements from both previous trilogies and give them a satisfying conclusion with this story. Something a kid watching all 9 back to back to back would be able to pick up on. Really interesting stuff.
I thought the Vanity Fair piece was pretty spoilery. Might wanna stay away if you are opposed to that sort of thing.
No. Rian wasn't on board yet when he and Lawrence wrote TFA. He has said that he and Rian collaborated during the post production of TFA and pre-production of TLJ, and again in the pre-production of TROS. In addition he and Lawrence had a rough idea where they wanted things to end up after they wrote TFA, Rian's movie played off that idea, and then George came in during pre-production of TROS to help break the story so that it would properly wrap up all three trilogies. It's less about one big roundtable meeting and more about many voices offering input toward the whole.
On a scale of 1-galaxy far far away. How awesome is it? I and my family are making the trip once it becomes fully operational.
Probably an 8. Id put it up there with diagon alley at universal as far as immersiveness. It was a preview so everything isn’t completely a go yet. Millennium falcon ride is dope but short. The big draw attraction won’t be ready until probably november
The have some beers that are exclusive. They are solid enough. Cocktails are cool but super sweet. They do a good job of making everything spacey. Like a green bloody mary
I couldn't get into it. I hope we get a sequel to Rebels at some point. I want to see Sabine and Ashoka looking for Ezra.
“Inside Star Wars” podcast is on major podcasting services. From the people who did the excellent “Inside Jaws”. The entire thing is available if you sign up for Wondery but I’ll wait for each episode for free.
I got chills from that first real TFA trailer. The shot when it's Rey riding past the downed Star Destroyer with the classic Star Wars theme playing. I was pumped at that moment.
