Heatonist can't sell da bomb bc it isn't all natural I didn't watch it but Sean did a youtube of lineup and da bomb was in there
Da Bomb is pivotal to the whole series and interviews in general. It messes with everyone, and to put the guests on the spot and open up more it is needed for the final few questions.
also, it is the thing everyone knows about the show. The "legend" is that Da Bomb is brutal. It is just part of the show. There are 6-7 other slots for new / unique sauces. That's enough
I say "needed" in the sense that it's what really fucks people up and lets down any walls for more questions. Mind you, the other hot sauces can do that too. Also, sometimes watching people in pain is hilarious because im a psychopath
My 3 pack came. The Classic is very good, I'm going to use it a lot, the Los Calientes Rojo is probably the tastiest, it reminds me of the first sauce they put out. Apollo is fucking hot and it lasts forever, still feeling it 20 minutes after a tiny dab. That said for a super hot hot sauce it is delicious, I'm going to have to find uses for it. /tweet
Still love the show but I cannot wait for them to get back in the studio together. Something about doing it remotely causes it to lose the magic of what makes the show great. It just doesn't hold my attention like it used to.
Kevin James was the first one I watched in a while and I thought it was good but it definitely misses being in studio together
I used to be religious on watching Hot Ones but lately I've just become completely disinterested. Like someone said earlier, the virtual interviews just don't do it for me.
Kenan killed it. Barely phased by the heat, and ate all of the wings. None of this 1 bite nonsense. 10/10 performance
Loved Kenan’s ep. I think he took something beforehand tho, he was way too chill. but he took everything with ease. Weird he said the first one was hot, and I thought “oh is he gonna be the first quitter” Might be the first time I saw Sean struggling
I think the show has reached a saturation point and has also been watered down a bit due to the virtual stuff. It’s much more guest driven for me now as opposed to a few years ago when every week was must see YouTube tv.
