Some rides are explicit and some aren’t. I just wish they could make every ride have a fully explicit option
Since they have the option for people to opt out of explicit rides, they should just make every ride explicit.
Anyone ever have issues with a grinding noise seemingly coming from the pedal area? I've had my bike for ~8 years and never had any issues but today when I rode it started to make an odd grind noise when I was out of the saddle. Couldn't find anything concrete but it is exactly the noise that's made in this YouTube video
Mine has done this since the day we got it. I have no clue how to fix it but would love to know what you find out.

ha, ya, I'd say so. The amount of plastic surgery that goes on there is pretty insane. the game is the game, I suppose. kind of makes all their inspirational messaging about being you and whatever on rides ring even more shallow
To be fair it seems like there are only 3 who have gotten work done the majority seem to be pretty natural. Olivia, LeAnn and Kendal the rest (across all disciplines) seem to be pretty natural. ,
I’m surprised Kendall hadn’t got them done earlier she’s so lean, she basically had no boobs. Hannah at least got her lips done. Gladly Emma hasn’t done any thing noticeable. Jess still looks the same.
Jess king got them reduced but obviously had implants. But I’m sure there is a lot of Botoxing and lip work going on.

My post was mentioning Jess Sims. Should’ve been more specific. Hannah’s lips are pretty obvious IMO especially if you see a side view and do a ride of hers from a year and a half ago.
How does one do that? Finally back into riding after Radiation Therapy destroyed my fitness. Only doing scenic rides and focusing on modern training that involves more tempo riding and less power intervals. Did a 90 minute tempo on Sunday, and then destroyed my recent 45 min PR on my hard ride of the week yesterday (seeing progress always good). Getting good results from logging a lot of tempo miles though. Mostly riding tempo similar to a Power Zone endurance ride with 10 min intervals of moderate effort and 2-3 min rest between. Usually 45-60 min rides keeping my heart rate in zone 2 or low zone 3.
Kendall might have broken me with her recent 20 minute rock ride. So annoying. May have to never take her class again.
