Kinda crazy that this is game 19 now and the Astros still don’t have a HR from Bregman or Chas, as well as neither first baseman

Solid 0-5 w/ RISP start for the good guys tonight after 3, including wasting a leadoff double by Meyers in the 3rd

 

Baseball is confusing. We're top tier in the AL in almost everything, but we suck. (In total transparency I haven't looked at pitching)

Going to Corpus tomorrow for the weekend. Might check out a Hooks game. Can’t be worse than the Stros.

 

Would definitely go if you can, took the kids to a game there last June and enjoyed it

Today is game 20 and Chas, Bregman, and Abreu have all yet to homer and Bregman only has 3 RBIs despite hitting cleanup (and Chas and Abreu only have 5 and 1 RBI, respectively). All 3 have been ass

 

Contract year got bregman big shook

 

Abreu now 0 for 14 with RISP for the season; his 1 RBI came on a sac fly

This is a tough look...this is middle middle at 88 and can't do anything with it

 

Just have to make things interesting every fucking game. It’s exhausting

At least Abreu makes up for his incompetence at the plate with solid play in the field
