This is pretty cool. Film of Walter Payton as a college all-star playing the defending Super Bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers.
He's doing nothing other than adding together the top federal and California rates. Even ignoring deductions, I doubt it's accurate after progressive rates are factored in. At best he's assuming Aiyuk is a California resident for tax purposes. That said, playing games in states that don't have state income tax doesn't mean you don't pay any state income tax on earnings from that game. A California resident playing a game in Washington/Texas/Nevada/wherever is still paying California tax on out of state games. The California (or whatever state) resident pays CA taxes on all of their earnings and gets a credit against CA tax for the tax they pay in non-resident states that do impose income tax.
I’m waiting for the pro-Trump political ad about this “STAR WHITE FOOTBALL PLAYER GETS SHOT IN LIBERAL HAVEN”
His campaign probably already on the phone trying to reach him, I hate that election years made me think of that immediately bc of where it happened
Beli has been noted for like breaking down punts. He’d be awesome to talk to about football because of how much he loves the sport.
while I'd prefer if Mike Edwards or Cole Bishop were healthy this offseason and would be starting week 1, pretty cool that Hamlin has come all this way to be a week 1 starter. He evidently looked quite good in camp.
