I don't think KO is coming to SD because they've made him out to be one of H's guys, and they aren't going to flop Ambrose without sending the US Title to SD.

Smackdown will continue to play second fiddle to Raw with the current roster, and these rumors snatching away even more to the flagship of course makes sense if you're looking at just Raw, but imo they've never made an attempt to make the playing field even.
