It’s a hold harmless and clearly something he doesn’t want to deal with and he’s acting the most attorney way possible about it
Everyone figured out they needed a shirt underneath and just wore one under them. So people just put the see through shirt on over whatever they had on to wear to work that day because they realized they were see through.
Yeah I guess everyone realized they were see through and just put the shirts on over their polo/button down/blouses.
Workload at my job is mostly dependent on each person’s pipeline but we have someone who’s constantly trying to pass their work off on others. It’s mostly because they string stuff out as long as possible to look busy, or they take off early to run personal errands. Usually I don’t get too fired up and just kind of wonder if anyone else notices it. Earlier this week they volunteered me to work on something and I said I would have a couple things ahead of it. Now today, I get volunteered again so I’m getting annoyed. No one else seems to have issues getting stuff done or tries to delegate tasks to other people. I’ll never understand what goes through some peoples minds.
I posted a screenshot where I thought names were removed but apparently not. Someone answered me “Roger Wilco Thanks” which was a new response for me.
So my brother just sent this to me. Hands down the best first day on the job photo ever for an ID. It was sent out as a reminder to let new hires know they have to get their photo taken their first day, but I think this dude got the memo and knocked it outta the ballpark.
Just got a series of emails from a project manager with dates and times for conference calls about a new program rolling out. I received 17 separate emails full of dates and times. I immediately checked my calendar app and yep, they added 185 calls between October 16 and November 20. They all have alarms set on them and I'm unable to turn it off or delete it.
Yeah, they want us to attend only 1 of them. They're at all hours of the day since it's an internationally used program in my job. I don't know why they needed to spam my calendar like this.
was going to say. 90% of govt orgs don't know how to write an RFP and will actually contract out someone to write the technical ones. It leads to hilarious RFPs sometimes
I work for a govt org. We don’t know how to write RFPs. We also don’t outsource the job. Then we wonder why we end up with shit vendors.
I went to lunch with an important client last week. His son who is a jr estimator at his company attended. His son was wearing this hat: He also has religious tattoos on his forearm. I couldn’t stop laughing at him at lunch. He thought I was laughing at his jokes. I just got an email informing me that they are going exclusive with us. Can’t wait for my next visit to them.
Did exactly this for an army camp in Minnesota for an electrical system upgrade. “we drive tanks. Tell us what needs to be on here.”
Look at the positive Your calendar is full for a month so nobody can expect you to be available for anything else
Just wanted to make sure I didn’t miss an opportunity to chide and Engineer/Architect for leaving shit off of the plans
Well they do that all the time. You mean ORs need to be cleaned and disinfected between each case? Sorry we built no areas for disinfectants to be stored or mixed behind the red line.
My favorite was when they first started making hospitals with the hospitality feel of a hotel or home to illicit better feedback and the interior designers got involved. “I have this great idea let’s do wallpaper type coverings in labor and delivery suites” Guess what asshole, you can get blood spatter out of them.
