A couple of their Twitter accounts were found...scrolled through them a bit and couldn't find anything that hinted toward what they did for a living, but both also had no problem saying the n word either.
Irish Traveller community edit Having emigrated from Ireland to various parts of the United States, a large number of Catholic Travellers began to congregate at the Parish of Our Lady of Peace in North Augusta after its construction in 1948. The church's Irish priest, Rev. Fr. Joseph John Murphy, encouraged the Travellers to settle to the north of North Augusta, and so the community of Murphy Village was formed during the 1960s and 1970s.[10][11] St. Edward Catholic Church was constructed in Murphy Village in 1964 to serve the Travellers.[12] In the 2020 census, 7.1% of the population of Murphys Estates listed their ancestry as 'Irish', the largest ancestry group reported in the CDP;[9] however, the total number of Travellers has been estimated at 1,500.[7] Due to cultural differences, relations between the community and non-Travellers are sometimes tense; the group has been stereotyped by "outsiders" as being involved in criminal activity, forced marriages, and child abuse.[13][11]
That’s strangely interesting. The criminal activity also matches with one of them being charged with felony forgery, which wouldn’t otherwise make much sense in the setting of this brawl. I had seen the reference to gypsies in an earlier post and didn’t realize that was a literal description
Read the whole thread. Thrilling stuff. This brawl could end up with some very interesting twists. Early in the thread there are references to the TMB being created due to some gypsies. Anyone able to give me that history lesson?
We gave travellers ethnic status a few years ago, essentially a means to excuse shitty behaviour by the NGOs who make their living from keeping them like they are.
Jon gruden being all in on barstool and posting videos promoting Black Friday is legit hilarious. He is all in
I thought he might quit on day 1 after meeting the pack of weirdos but I think he might be having a lot of fun
They seem to all have asphalt/paving jobs and if you find their companies all of the reviews are about how they were all scams. Which kind of sucks, because it feels like their lives can't really be upended for being shit humans as opposed to people with real jobs.
The one guy on the bottom right looks more like a time traveler from the 1920’s. Notorious bank robber Babyface Bradley.
Biz is going to come out of this the hero of all heroes taking down the infamous traveler paving syndicate
Kind of funny they flew the goon squad to a country the exact day that country definitely just pushed the dominoes on the collapse of a neighboring country full of militias and armies.
Will never forget checking into my Airbnb in Istanbul a few years ago and our host having blood drip down his forehead from recent plugs.
This looks like a scene from some sci-fi futuristic movie where the bad guy insists on having his hair/scalp watered every morning.
As a decently balding man, I've watched some videos on this process and the final product does look great. But, the process to get there looks terrible. From what I can tell.... You get all those hairs placed in your head. Once the pain meds wear off it hurts like a bitch for a handful of days. You can't let anything touch your head for a while...so, you have to sleep in an upright sitting position for some set of weeks. At some point your scalp turns into a scalp full of scabs and you have to wash/massage all of them off your head. Then all the new hairs start to grow, but quickly all fall out. Then you wait for everything to grow back in and you have your full head of hair. I think the worst part to me is that your head is gonna look weird/gross for a while and you can't even wear a hat to hide it. These dudes do get full heads of hair in the end tho, so if you really want it I get it. It takes like a full 12 months to get there tho.
Flying in and out of Istanbul is pretty funny because you always have someone on your flight with the bloody hair plugs
Yep it was a perfect episode / embodiment of barstool right down to the lock/key not working. ETA Jerry describing Tommy and Francis' confessional when finding the clue were the best moments
Jerry’s spy camera seems like it should be against the rules of the game and possibly end up a lawsuit. Also, Rico saying he’s thinking of going off his meds for the show.
She was jacmacs intern last summer. He taught her how to use TikTok and she went from like 7500 followers to 900,000 in less than 9 months
