Been counting calories pretty well. Last night I couldn’t finish my dinner because I was full. Was quite the odd feeling as the full meal would have put me at 1500 calories total. Last month i would eat that in one sitting of pizza. started some pescience greens supplement with mushrooms and it gave me the worst shits the first few days.
I intermittent fast pretty regularly. But I’ve pretty much been traveling for work the past 2 weeks+ and I honestly just feel like shit from eating and drinking too much. Kinda trying to give my body a fresh start of sorts and clear out all the shit I’ve been putting in during this time.
Same, I'm already down 2 from my last weigh in... But I have a oyster and beer festival this weekend I haven't eaten much in a month... I'm gonna wreck my diet and I don't even feel bad
Not on official weigh in and I know its gonna go up this weekend. But I'm down 20lbs total since NYE!
Week 0: 329.6 Week 1: 325.6 (-4.0) Week 2: 322.0 (-3.6) Week 3: 319.4 (-2.6) Week 4: 314.8 (-4.6) Total: -14.8 Best workout week of the competition and showed on the scale. Finding a good routine in the kitchen and exercise. Attending a wedding in a month setting an aggressive goal to be in the 200’s for the first time in years
Spinach, carrots, orange bell pepper, broccoli, sunflower seeds, lite honey mustard…just the stuff in the fridge. It’s extra disappointing because I was hungry from a jam packed day.
week1 (1/09): 201.0 week2 (1/22): 196.6 week3 (1/29): 200.0 week4 (2/05): 198.6 Cummulative Weight Loss: 2.4 lbs or 1.19% Hell yes, that's even me forgetting to weigh in this morning and instead did it after dinner tonight.
Week 1 (1/9) - 271.2 Week 2 (1/17) - 269.2 Week 3 (1/23) - 266.0 Week 4 (1/30) - 263.9 Week 5 (2/6) - 262.0 At least I’m consistent.
322.4 313.0 305.1 I knew it felt good but didn’t know it was 8lbs good. Not struggling with the diet like I thought I would either

I didn’t know it was possible to lose 17lbs in two weeks. I’m not hating, just confused (and jealous I guess). edit: thought I quoted but sticking with the subtweet
Going to weigh in later in the week. Was on pace for a really good week but a group dinner Saturday night + eating shitty Sunday because of a hangover wrecked my progress smh.
Weigh in day is weigh in day! I'm kidding, go for it and do whatever you want. But nothing matters till that final number anyway. Glad to know that you wrecked your diet on Saturday too!
Week 1 (1/9) - N/A Week 2 (1/17) - N/A Week 3 (1/23) - N/A Week 4 (1/30) - 448.2 Week 5 (2/6) - 448.0 need to start pounding more water. Diet has been fine.
Week 0 - 231.8 Week 1 - 228.0 Week 2 - 225.0 week 3 - 220.6 Week 4 - 220.0 I was in Vegas for work for 3 days this week. I went to nice dinners but followed my plan the rest of the time and also walked about 20,000 steps a day due to trade shows. I'm very happy to not be up any weight following that trip. I expect to probably drop another chunk this week and come in 3-4lbs lighter next week. I'm counting macros, doing a 45 min walk every day and a night time weight session 4x a week or another walk on off days, then Sunday just full rest. No alcohol at all is my plan, with only two planned exceptions throughout the contest
Week 0 -- 223.2 Week 1 -- 218.0 Week 2 -- 216.0 Week 3 -- 215.4 Week 4 -- 211.0 (-12.2) Exercise -- work out 4-5 times a week. Looking to increase that to 5-6 as my conditioning improves. Do a mix of weights and cardio. Have been incorporating more stretching and mobility exercises since I feel particularly stiff and out-of-shape this time around. Diet -- discipline more than deprivation. I'm not strictly counting calories or following any exact diet plan. More protein. More veggies. Fewer and better carbs. No sweets. Limited alcohol. Limited snacking. No seconds. No eating after dinner. I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch almost every day. Black coffee and a protein bar for breakfast. A large, protein-heavy salad for lunch. Dinner is varied and less restrictive, though portion sizes are more sensible. Late evening hunger pangs are the worst part of the diet, but I can manage those by reminding myself that I'm burning fat while sitting on my ass doing nothing.
174.5. First gain. Too much beer over the weekend but i think it’s safe to say those first 5 pounds are successfully off and it’s not just water weight
I feel like I may have finally crossed a threshold mentally. I have a habit of diving fully into whatever hobby or interest I have at the moment, going from 0-100 right away. Something will last for a few years until I hit a certain point then it's on to the next. Bourbon, baseball cards, tennis, whatever. After that I stay into them but the obsession fades. I feel like I may have turned the corner on making health and fitness my new "thing" I do realize this may not be the most healthy way to think about it, but I figure if I'm going to have an obsession anyway it'd be better to be this.
216.4 Finally lost weight for a week. Went back to keto. Still +0.4 for the entire comp but feel like I look completely different
week1 (1/09): 201.0 week2 (1/22): 196.6 week3 (1/29): 200.0 week4 (2/05): 198.6 week5 (2/12): 195.4 Cummulative Weight Loss: 5.6 lbs or 2.79%
Week 1 (1/9) - 271.2 Week 2 (1/17) - 269.2 Week 3 (1/23) - 266.0 Week 4 (1/30) - 263.9 Week 5 (2/6) - 262.0 Week 6 (2/13) - 261.1 Not bad considering the shitshow this weekend was from a food perspective.
165.0 I had to abandon the weight loss plan for a bit this week. I had actually gotten as low as 162, but I was so low energy I had to dial it back.
