The crazy thing about this for Texas is that the highest paid person is listed as a "special assistant." Its Mack Brown getting paid 3.8 million to not coach football while Charlie Strong is at the #2 spot at 3.1
Maybe it's my prejudices but when I see Russia and it be listed as suicide I immediately think that should be listed as "suicide" in quotes. In fairness, I would probably think the same thing with any reasoning being listed for Russia.
