Will specifically take his unders. Will be betting Diggs to score against us tho. CJ is good enough to feed him the ball.
Its like when we expected to score a TD every drive. I love what I've seen from play calling. I also will be the first to say I was very critical and am very wrong. A happy wrong
lol One day you and stangd will come around to telling me that I know ball and your doom and gloom posting in the preseason was off base. This play might not last, but the team was built right. Edit: I see your post above
Next 5 games: @ Ravens @ Texans @Jets Titans @ Seahawks then a breather with Dolphins and Colts then Chiefs 49ers @Rams @Lions before an easier Pats - jets - Pats finish. 3-2 in the next stretch would be great. 6-2 heading into Miami / Indy would be a dream start.
Next three games is vital, if we can go two and one that would be outstanding bro I know you’re not worried, but I’m still not sold on our wide receiver group. Shakir is the only one I have confidence in right now
we don't have an elite WR. most teams that win the super bowl don't have an elite WR. look at the prior KC and New England teams. Diggs never won us a playoff game on his own. Bills would be better off controlling the clock and playing better defense against KC
I’m not talking about an elite wide receiver, It’s been nice without the diggs Drama I just want to see our wide receiver. Group start stretching the field more. That’s all. Luckily, our tight ends, and our backs are very good, so we don’t need the WR’s To do it all the time…
almost no one is having their WRs stretch the field in the NFL this year. Bills had a lot of successful plays last night going underneath where other targets are running deep routes.
Did they say why Coleman wasn’t out there all the time? I know they did a segment, but I missed it…. they said, I guess something about limiting his plays? Maybe I misheard
he showed up late and he was benched for a good chunk in the first half. he was out there running an out and up route to open up space on the Shakir TD and obviously scored one of his own
I had myself prepared for a loss, Their offense with Lamars set up perfect to beat us…. And if I wide receivers, can’t start making plays we’re in trouble. Somebody besides number 10…
What a stupid fucking play call on third and one…. I don’t understand why they didn’t just run Josh up the middle like I do every other third and fourth and one….
Flush this game. Ravens really created matchup problems. We will see how Texans attempt to recreate the ravens’ defensive effort
We are going to needs these WR's to start stepping up and make plays....other than number 10 of course, he's our ole trusty....
Does anyone else notice, the first drive, we design a lot of plays for Kincaid and than after that basically none
Yes, The Ravens locked him down after that.... Lock down Kincaid and Cook...there is no one else to beat them. Our WR group is awful at getting open and separation aside from Shakir
I mean across the league the star TEs have largely been taken away this year it seems. Need Coleman to step up. That drop last night was bad. Made some nice catches on those back shoulders, but I feel those are mostly Josh.
Don’t really think the league works in that way. Bad matchups happen. And then the next week, things look totally different vs another team. Houston squeaked by the jags today. They don’t resemble Baltimore in anyway.
I agree....not every team will have the capability of the Ravens defense.....but they will try. Last nights match up was in their favor, they had a great game plan and executed it well. Brady will have a good game plan for next week...
I wish they’d get him going a bit more downfield. He did have a 25 yard chunk gain at one point. the reality is the Bills don’t plan to highlight any particular person. They want to stay ahead of the sticks, control the game with the run, and let Josh distribute and run when he needs to. Last night, things got away from them and they aren’t built to come roaring back. Yet. We will see how different it looks later in the year.
Yeah the one thing that really got exposed last night at least for the first half (all I watched), the Ravens were bringing a lot of pressure and our OL did not have a great game with it.
Fortunately our OL coach is one of the best in the game so I anticipate them getting that cleaned up and coming out pissed off next week.
