Look if most of the food is getting in, then don't complain! Israel says it's fine! B the way I'm totally a liberal voter and think Trump is bad but I silently agree with Trump on how he would handle this situation and I'll gaslight you into thinking that Palestinians deserve everything that's happening to them.

Global NGAs are saying not enough food is getting in, particularly northern Gaza... who to believe... who to believe...

right because Hamas keeps taking it, I just showed you a video from a Palestinian in Gaza. This is why food is being air dropped, the trucks are being intercepted and commandeered

not arguing that Hamas isn’t seizing food but a couple of convoys of trucks a day aren’t going to feed a couple million people.

you showed a video of Israel blocking a small group of Israeli citizens from going into Gaza which while large hearted is a terrible idea

There are more aid trucks going into Gaza daily than before October 7. Southern Gaza isn’t hungry, it’s mostly the three hundred thousand in northern Gaza that need more shipments but logistically it’s not that easy which again is why the US is doing daily airdrops

And like bwi2 if Hamas is honestly seizing a couple of trucks that's not near enough to interrupt all aid to Palestinians. By your own logic both sides are equally bad.

I didn't say everyone was "on the verge of death" but there are thousands of videos showing how badly Gaza got destroyed by Israel. Seems pretty easy to see which side is worse! Again you are to the right of even Biden on this now, for all the chastising you do on the left in the Biden thread you should take your own advice and quit posting blatant propaganda from unreliable accounts like you keep sharing here. Damn near this person's entire timeline is nothing but supposedly exposing how good it really is in Gaza.

Buddy those are TikTok’s made in Gaza. Now gazans are unreliable accounts because it doesn’t fit your preconceived notion Gaza was a horrible, unlivable place pre-war and that Israel is purposefully starving everyone to death now. Even with first hand accounts you won’t say hmm, maybe I’m the one being propagandized. Someone in the Biden thread posted a video of a guy saying how terrible the life expectancy is even though it’s better than many countries in the region and on par with countries like Mexico and Russia

Are you honestly telling me that the videos of the major destruction of buildings in Gaza are completely fake? Be clear now. Everything else is you putting words in my mouth. I'm talking STRICTLY numbers being reported by Israel themselves of how many Palestinians have been killed.

of course the destruction is real, it was an urban warzone. the point is the entirety of gaza hasnt beem flattened. i just showed you tiktoks from gaza city where some of the fiercest fighting was and buildings are standing, people are going about their day. they arent being systematically hunted like animals

And that somehow absolves the IDF from killing an enormous number of Palestinians indiscriminately because "Hamas?" This is the right wing equivalent that because a homeless person has a cell phone then they must really not be destitute.

Where did I use the words "Gaza City?" I said Gaza, you cannot deny that buildings have been destroyed there. Do you honestly think the IDF hasn't caused a huge number of unnecessary civilian casualties? Does some buildings remaining mean everything is completely fine?

when people say north Gaza they are talking about Gaza city. I think the IDF could have definitely used more restraint when it came to air strikes early, they should have given people in Gaza city more time to evacuated. I also think a not insignificant amount of the casualties Hamas gives us came from their rockets. We famously know about the one at Al-Ahli but Hamas shot almost 15,000 rockets in the first few months of the war with about 15-20% of them landing in Gaza.

This is piss poor but even at face value you spend almost no time criticizing the country that has a thousand times more wartime resources, and therefore the ability to handle warfare more delicately, than you with Palestine.

Here's the fucking BBC saying 50-61% of the buildings in Gaza have been destroyed based on satellite data.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-68006607

So even if "Hamas" is responsible for 15-20% of the buildings at a one-to-one ratio of the supposed number of rockets they fired that all came back, then Israel is still responsible for over a hundred thousand buildings destroyed.

that says damaged or destroyed, those aren’t the same thing. So Israel is supposed to fight an urban battle and not only not kill anyone but don’t damage anything

    Battle of Falujah

Similar to other urban battles, due to the overwhelming violence required to safely clear the city, over 60 percent of Fallujah’s buildings were damaged and 20 percent destroyed outright. Also, approximately 60 of the city’s mosques were heavily damaged.

https://mwi.westpoint.edu/urban-war...n battles, city's mosques were heavily damaged.

    battle of Mosul

The result was destruction on a massive scale. The city of Mosul, especially the old historic town, was about 65 per cent destroyed as a result of the conflict with ISIS. Over 138,000 houses were damaged or destroyed, including 53,000 in West Mosul alone. The buildings and laboratories of the University of Mosul were 70 per cent destroyed and the main library, which contained 3 million books, was burnt. Total damage to the housing sector alone was estimated to amount to around US $6 billion.

https://reliefweb.int/report/iraq/m...was destruction on,53,000 in West Mosul alone.

It’s almost like urban warfare is horribly deadly and destructive

Did the US do a good job minimizing civilian casualties in Iraq and Afghanistan? Evidently by your logic if any terrorist group is playing by dirty rules of using "human shields" then it's fine to bomb the living shit out one of the most densely populated places on the planet.

If you think Israel's response is wholly justified then we're done then we're done here and I encourage you to vote for someone who aligns more with your beliefs in November, which is Trump.

i’m sure he doesn’t think so, but there was always the option of not killing a quarter of a million civilians and leveling cities older than our country

but i guess one person’s “urban warfare” is another person’s homicidal atrocity

the disconnect is because you’re starting from the premise that all of this is warranted and has to happen.

but yes, when you decide to bomb places that people live, you’re going to kill civilians and destroy hospitals, churches, schools, and libraries. no one disputes that is a natural consequence of imperial total war. the idea (that you clearly disagree with) is that you shouldn’t be doing it in the first place

In 2005 Israel completely evacuated Gaza going as far as forcibly removing settlers. Instead of trading land for peace like Egypt and Jordan did, they installed Hamas who spent billions of dollars building tunnels and firing rockets into Israel
