That sucks. Getting all the glass out is a pain.
you learn something new everyday:
Airbags are easily some of the most expensive things you can steal out of a car.
jokes on them though, those airbags are likely filled with shrapnel.
I fill mine up with BB’s to make sure whoever steals it doesn’t die, but gets a good solid facial wound when they get in an accident
The first thing I did was remove mine. Jokes on them they can't steal it if it isn't there
I had a claymore installed in place of my airbag and I park my rig in the garage at night.
Ready for Tuesday. Maybe also Wednesday
What should I be looking for in a TV these days? Wanting to go around 70-75" and preferably stay under $800ish.
Yeah, I have a couple of those now. Didn't know if they were still the best choice.
At that size and price point I’m not sure there are many options?
There seem to be quite a few

Wow honestly would have never guessed that.
Of that list I think the Vizio rates the best.
The answer is still TCL though. 5 series if you can find it in budget, or 4 series if you really wan to keep cost down.
Same. That's why I came here asking. I was fully prepared to go TCL until I saw all the options.
The issue is there isn't a 70" TCL that I've seen, and I think that's going to be the perfect size for where we want to put it. 75 would be pushing it, and 65 would look small.
I watched a video some time ago that explained why larger tv prices are dropping like a stone. Apparently the glass used comes in massive sheets and is cut by the manufacturer, those sheets keep growing so the number of large panels they can get out of each one is also growing. They used to get like 4 32" tvs out of a sheet, now they get like 4 75's and 8 32's or something crazy.
Since the internals are all basically the same we'll see prices come together even more.
I haven't shopped "best" tvs since I bought my 65" TCL a couple years ago. I've got zero complaints about it. With that being said, I know that my next TV will be a Samsung. Other than my TCL I also have a 45" Samsung non smartTV that's probably 6+ yrs old at this point and it was just a random, very middle of the range at best TV that they offered then. I've always liked the picture on that old Samsung TV more than the TCL. Sure, the size difference between the two makes them hard to compare but something about all Samsung TVs and their colors, clarity, etc... just always look cleanest and most vivid to me.
All I know is the LG OLED TVs make me wanna bust every time I walk into Costco
deep dive, but you summarized well above. Starts around 2:00 mins
I haven't looked at what the Foxconn WI plant was supposed to be, but imagine if it was indeed a facility that uses the "fabrication" he talks about?
They are incredible. So glad we went that direction and not the Samsung Qled.
I've had my airpods since May 2018. Recently they keep disconnecting from my phone and my laptop. They will actually work with my phone for about an hour or so while listening to music at work but then disconnect. I can reconnect them and they will work for another 5 minutes then disconnect while listening to music. I've trouble shot it and (1) turned off automatic in ear detection (2) ruled out other interference (3) had my device forget them , restarted, then reconnect etc. My google research doesn't show correlation between age of airpods and decreasing connectivity but I'm still left wondering whether it just time to buy some new ones? Other than the above referenced issue the airpods have no other problems.
Why would you not just contact Apple for support?
I don't like go through a ton of menus and being put on hold for forever. I'll give it a shot , maybe it is less painful than other support numbers.
Just got off the phone with them. They are beyond warranty and they can't really tell me why they keep disconnecting. Guess I'll just have to buy new ones. Probably going with regular airpods not sure having noise cancellation and a few other minor features are worth the extra $100 for the pros. THey did say I could walk into an apple store and they might fix them for free but I don't have a store anywhere near me.
Yeah that’s where I was going in relation to the store but sucks that nothing is close.
My AirPods have also taken a shit since the new AirPods were released. I’m not playing your game this time though, APPL. Think I’m going with Beats.
I have the Powerbeat Pros to workout in and I like them if you don’t mind around the ear
Bought my wife a pair of them and she’s been really happy, so likely I’ll go that route.
If you're in the $200 range I can't recommend Sony's WF-SP800N enough.
Sweatproof and rated that way. Also noise cancelling and sound on par with their flagship in-ear model.
Just bought another pair of airpods. I think they were $120 before tax.
I have jabra elite mid range and they’re great. I think if I had a Mac for work that may be my only compelling reason to even entertain air pods.
Anyone have a wired or wireless keyboard they like? Looking for something a little more compact than the Logitech wireless one my work provided. Don't necessarily need a numpad.
I use a SteelSeries Apex Pro (I think) keyboard but it’s more “gaming” marketed. They have several ten-key less (TKL) versions.
+1 for Steel Series
Maybe I should of said I wanna stay under $100 lol
I like my logitech. Here's my setup
Spoiler: spoilered for size
i've had a similar issue with mine recently. my left earbud cuts out after 5-10 minutes and my right one's battery only lasts for maybe 45 minutes of music.
think i'm going with another brand.
Is that an air soft rifle?
I have an Apple magic keyboard and love it. I’m used to their’s though.
The gun stands out
Pfft! This guy's got like a hundred things to sit on but not a chair in sight.
Beats are good but they are owned by Apple if that’s a concern.
My friend wants to know what the fuck all those tubes tied around the dildos are for?
I guess you could say that's a stand up desk? lmao
Got an Arteck wireless off Amazon and have no complaints.
You gotta spend money to make money bucko
