I got $100 to spend at Nantucket Whaler (which is apparently a purveyor of apparel) from American Express. I looked it up and it's just as generic and contrived as the name suggests. "Where culture and sophistication meet exploration and grit" It's like if mulletman was from New England. Anyone ever buy any of their stuff? Thinking of getting one of their button downs just in case going to work is ever a thing again. https://www.nantucketwhaler.com/
I’ve always wanted to start a really dumb lifestyle brand like this and see just how far I could take it. I still believe that’s how all the southern tide/ cotton dad/ coastal fish stuff has grown into what it is.
I actually have that. It’s not bad form the price. I live in an apt and would get noise complaints if I had anything too serious. The bass is nice and you can stream Spotify to it from your phone.
What about something like “Dad Bod” where the embroidered logo is the profile of some guy with a beer gut and crocs is watering his lawn?
I like this. The silhouette logo will look like a fat guy with a huge cock pissing onto your nipple. Our tag line: "It's not a gut. It's a gas tank for a love machine."
Speaking of Hitler's Mercedes, its in a private warehouse in Oregon. Was definitely not expecting a buddy to show me a pic on his phone. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/01/16/hitlers-wartime-mercedes-car-to-be-sold-in-scottsdale-arizona.html
got tired of having cracked/bleeding hands and extremely shitty skin - constantly sweating under 100 layers of PPE every day + cold windy winter is making it much worse, so ive been trying out a lot of skincare stuff (face, body, and hands specifically) over the past month or so. some things work great and i'll keep them around, a couple i wont re-purchase, but trying to figure out the best routine. overall, a considerable improvement. Spoiler
That’s quite an extensive selection you have there. Two things I think are most important for me. Get a soap that doesn’t rip every ounce of oil out of your body. Tons of options out there, for the winter I use a beard soap. Second, make sure your home humidity is high enough. I have a slew of air purifiers and humidifiers for the winter months.
No kidding. bertwing slides in Taques DMs one time with a picture of him bent over and he buys all the lube in Japan, smh
I also have shitty skin. The constant hand washing and dry air has caused it to be worse. First, this is the best hand washing soap I have found. It's tremendous. Keeps my hands soft and moisturized. https://www.prosoap.com This cream works well as a supplement. https://okeeffescompany.com/products/working-hands
I mean we have 2-3 strong camps that will argue until dead about their preferred one so close enough. I am team Ugg.
Somebody recommend me some dope ass house slippers that won't make my feet sweat. Living that no carpet life now and want some cushion when walking around the house.
I love the idea of a house slipper, we have laminate "wood" flooring throughout and we keep it pretty cold year-round. But after 5min, my feet get hot in the slippers and they're off. Edit - apparently I am Degausser

Just got home from a 10 hour day working in 40 temp and these UGGs are like little heaven pillow clouds around my feet.
