My experience is the same as yours and I have multiple styles and lengths. I wouldn't even think of buying more though until December. That's just about the only time they go on any kind of sale.
I have wondered about sales. Seems like it never happens. Resigned to the fact I must pay for quality.
Comfortable, durable, fit well, appealing styling I’ve been wearing the slim western short sleeve 1-2 times a week. Got 5 or 6 in the rotation at this point. They’re versatile enough that you don’t need to pair them with jeans and boots for them to look good. Definitely my favorite shirts to wear at the moment.
They breath amazingly well, have a subtle back vent too. You'd never notice the vent if you didn't point it out. I've never had an issue wearing them for work (I'm in tech sales, so very client facing but not suit and tie). I ordered 3 more today
Poncho shirts, Howler Brothers shirts, criquet shirts, and Orvis shirts are the best I've found. Also, everyone that said Footjoy socks, you are correct. I wear them every day.
People that wear those shirts are a perfect Venn diagram circle for Salt Life stickers on their rear car windows
Without regard to any of our esteemed posters, those shirts are for subtle chamber of commerce racism. Salt life is truck nuts and obvious works on the factory floor racism.
seriously. Pair that shirt with one of those leather fossil watches black or brown (75.00 each). Add a few clean bracelets (15-40.00) and 2-3 necklaces with unique pendants (doesn't have to gold/silver, 20-50.00 each). The last thing you gotta buy is that family packj of trojan condoms from costco cause you're going to be banging chicks left and right.
Welp I’m getting targeted ads on instagram for Poncho now. It’s only a matter of time before I give them a try even though I have no use for anything like that.
hard to beat the value offered by Spier Mackay. Only thing I've really been disappointed in is some of their cheaper chinos.
this is a really bad opinion Now it shouldn't be done with the sport coat in that picture but it's easily done with something more casual
The problem with the jeans/sport coat combo isn’t the coat. The problem is color or fit of jeans that it’s worn with. Trust me, I wear sweat pants to dinner a few nights each week.
More just personal preference on my end. I prefer chinos or trousers with a navy sport coat like that. Tweeds and the like look better with jeans IMO.
it’s the opposite, only geriatrics wear jeans and sport coats. sport coat and jeans falls in an area of dress that only exists in imagination. tell me you’re an attorney without telling me you’re an attorney Spoiler I think you’re an attorney but if not I retract this statement
