I have this specific one from Joybird and it’s the best thing I’ve ever experienced for lounging. https://joybird.com/u-sofa-bumper-sectionals/bryant-u-sofa-bumper-sectional/
What cheap jeans brand do people buy these days? I need something that can be office friendly (no rips and whatnot).
Maybe old ones that looked like kids playroom furniture, but a lot of the ones they’re making now look a lot nicer.
These are the most comfortable jeans I've ever owned: https://www.prana.com/p/bridger-jean/M4BD99315.html?dwvar_M4BD99315_color=Denim
Looks like they're having a sale and I can get 3 of those for like $50. I'm gonna run with those. The other recs look v nice and are appreciated, but I'm at a life stage where the amount of times I get laid per week will not change between $20 and $100 jeans.
Missed this last week - we bought a lovesac last spring, and love it. The complaints are valid - it's expensive, and you have to put it together, but it's very functional for us. We have it setup as a sectional with ottoman in the middle of the U setup when we want to look fancy. Most of the time, especially on the weekends we slide the extra pieces into the corner of the U and make a couch with bed setup - which the wife loves for reading. We also break it down and make a 3x2 bed setup in the playroom when my daughter has sleepovers. When it's time to put up the xmas tree we're going to shrink it down so the living room doesn't feel as crowded. If you want versatility with your couch it's great, and I would absolutely recommend. If that isn't what you need there are probably better options out there. It's also nice that you can take off the covers and wash, or replace just one if needed. With a kid and cat it was a big selling point for my wife as well - she was worried if we purchased anything nice a spilled drink or cat going crazy could ruin the entire thing.
Bought a Lovesac last year. Pain in the ass to set up. Loved it ever since. Covers wash easily and do a great job. We have kids and dogs and it cleans up great.
I've decided that buying belts online is the most miserable shopping experience one can have. But I've also learned that people really love to personalize theirs with writing. Even on the outside
I mean when you put it that way, very comfortable seats customized for the space in question certainly seems a bit silly
Some people would rather have chairs and a regular couch than this big ass sectional couch taking up half the living room . And we don't always need to be laid up like slobs on our big ass sectional monstrosity jk I don't hate them
Caught your edit I’d just say on the flip side separate couches seems like an old school, less functional approach. And I love me some sweat pants on planes so you can tell im all about the functionality.
Best thing I did is covering my entire living room floor with couch cushions so I can lay where the hell ever I want Walking through the living room is a bit of a hassle though
Should have picked up some foie gras. I live very close to D'Artagnan Corporate HQ and for years they had a small family of enormous Gray Geese that lived in their fenced in front lawn. They took care of them like pets. They had a little hut they could shelter in and they passed the days grazing and swimming in a kiddie pool. Every time we traveled down that street, which is often, we'd slow down and look for them. It's not a busy road and like I said, they were truly enormous. Haven't seen them in several months now.
Adding this to my old Panasonic plasma which has only an ATSC 1.0 tuner. Zinwell ZAT-600B NextGen TV Box - ATSC 1.0/3.0 Tuner with 4K Broadcast Support, Enhanced Dolby Audio, and Broadcaster Apps - includes Universal Remote and On-Screen TV Guide - No Internet Needed https://www.channelmaster.com/produ...Ve5GjyvJa5Eof0fkI5CF8sTkSDIORAGi284Mi8voxj4hh
Is this just a really cool way to say you can tune into channel 11.6 now or am I missing something? I genuinely don't know.
I started researching this shit because the Pelicans are moving away from Bally's and going over the air OTA. Well they come out with Nextgen TV which is a pretty big upgrade over the previous standard. https://www.watchnextgentv.com/ All this thing is, is an upgraded TV tuner so I can get all those channels like 11.6. The newer standard offers enhanced Dolby audio, some interactive stuff, 1080p/4K capability, though I don't think anyone broadcasts OTA that way yet. I'm starting out with an el cheapo antenna. https://www.walmart.com/ip/ONN-Mode...ange/829038147?classType=REGULAR&athbdg=L1600 with an amplifier https://www.walmart.com/ip/onn-Indo...6?classType=REGULAR&athbdg=L1100&from=/search
It can receive OTA broadcasts in 4k (and obv 1080 or 720), though most networks don't broadcast anything truly in 4k, or if they do, it's only a few times a year.
Seeing a bunch of online videos for Apple CarPlay USB converters that plug into a FireStick and you can stream going down the road. Anyone have one that actually works? Pretty skeptical.
Legit for my kids. Won't have trouble ignoring Frozen 2 or Cinderella while listening to my podcasts.
