He's definitely a charming dude with charisma that clearly wins people over. He's also an entitled know it all. He also looks down his nose at people because he's a trust fund baby, and they're not. He's cool with Craig, Landon, Austen, but clearly thinks he's above them just because he has money. He also dresses like 20 year old frat bro. I used ot think he was great, but the past couple seasons Ive soured on him
With Craig and Landon at least, I think he's got pretty firm standing to tell them to get their shit together. He's got a damned Vanderbilt MBA and seems to do all right with the businesses he's started and/or invested in. The Peter Pan syndrome thing I get. He's hardly alone on that.

Craig at the batting cages was sneaky comical. Him saying he loved baseball and dreamed of being a pro, them flashing a pic of him from little league with his parents, then cutting to him awkwardly swinging and topping a 60 mph pitch was just great.
It was a Darren Rowell like performance in the cages to be sure. He can roller skate like Brian Boitano but couldn't hit a little league fast ball.
I forgot the exact quote, but shep saying that he's "only good at really embarrassing things" was awesome.

He was in the middle of a polo game. Dude is competitive as hell and probably had a shit ton of money riding on it. He was also probably pissed that Craig, etc. were down there. He may be a shitty dad, but I don't think that interaction proves it.
He may be a great dad (kids sleep in guest house lol), but he wasn't in that specific interaction. He isn't a god damn pro polo player. Even NBA players waive to their kids. That was an awkward moment.
Craig is right but at the same time, why is he getting all worked up about it. It's not really his place to say anything in the first place, much less go around telling everyone and letting it ruin your day. (Although if everyone minded their own business and bit their tongue it would be one boring show) Think to yourself "man TRav is a shitty dad, that sucks" then go on w your day. However we all know Craig likes to focus on everyone else's shit so he doesn't have to focus on his own.
Also TRav using the term O.C. (Our Class) was amazing and just perfectly fits his cartoonish character. God this show is such trash and I love it so damn much

Savannah doesn't seem to vibe as much with the southern charm shit as charleston. I'm not sure how it's even possible to build a bubble without hipsters here.
She's as hot as she is cute. She's perfect, seems low matienence, easy going ect. Although that middle school back and forth stuff between Chelsea (also fire) and Shep was a little groan worthy, but that's just being nit-picky.
Yea, I'm not a fan of Savannah and I've gone there my whole life. but once you get on the Isles you get a bit cuntier like Charleston with old money. My HS gf family was from Savannah
He's obviously not a great dad. I just thought that interaction was extremely benign for Craig to be such a bitch about it. Not even the greatest dad is above toning their kids out on occasion.

It might be that I've been there so much, idk. Charleston just has more charm(ha ha) IMO. Savannah is grimy.
My best friend lived there for 6-7 years. I was down there 3-4 times a year. Plus growing up in Athens, we always went to Savannah for some reason. Then I dated a girl all through HS that's family was originally from Savannah/Isle of Hope. Savannah is cool for a weekend on River Street.
