Hey, me too!
Welcome (and sorry)
First the Tiger/Phil match, then this. FL weather sucks
Probably will since according to the weather app on my phone (which is always right) it’s like an 80% chance of TStorms most of Saturday. Today was like 30%
Watched at video on the Bootes Void last night. It’s so big and empty that if our solar system was in the middle of it, and our rate of technological advancement was the same, we wouldn’t have known anything else existed outside of our own solar system until the 1970’s.
50% precip chance for tomorrow at launch time.
That is not nominal indeed
Hope the weather cooperates today
Starting to bubble up. Going to be dicey
Florida, control your scattered showers.
we are on hold until mid october
I get that there are lots of variables in scheduling a launch across multiple locations, but trying for an afternoon launch in Florida during summer always has a very good chance of storms
good to see the lag from Adam isn't 10 seconds like it was on wednesday
The comment was very tongue in cheek.
i know, but it’s a head scratcher on why they are doing it
Weather looking good.
Which live stream are we watching
Final weather check in 7 minutes
Is this in 4k anywhere? Stream is only in 720p :(

Let the conspiracies begin. Lose signal of the landing, cut back to the rocket successfully landed.

Launch via satellite (red dot zipping off to the northeast)
And now this guy is kissing trump ass. Shut your mouth and talk about space.
“become the next musk, bezos, and branson”
yeah who wants be the scientists, engineers, and people who actually built the thing anyway?
the piggy banks are the real heroes
Have not followed this whole thing at all. So did NASA and SpaceX team up for this essentially?
That was fucking awesome. Good job America.
He was cringe.
The future of space travel seems to be very strongly headed towards the commercialization of the launch platforms.
yeah they’ve been working together since 2006 on a lot of different projects
contracts on this started in 2012 and 2014
