It blows my mind that a card company can advertise a card is out of 5 and there are 6 currently for sale on ebay and 8 recently sold. No wonder they don't actually put the serial number on the card...

 

What card are you referring to? I love a good mess up.

 

Onyx Riley Greene black ink auto. I was looking up Riley Greene autos one day and Onyx doesn't serial number their autos, but the back of the card says how many are signed with each color. Back of card says black ink is /5. There are at least 14 I've found on ebay so far, almost all advertising /5 in the title.

Edit - actually it's even worse now. Search "riley greene onyx black" on ebay and there are now 11 active for sale. 9 have been sold too. So 20 have hit eBay

these Walgreens repacks have had some wild stuff in them, I know some people have seen 2017 Prizm in there which is obviously outrageous

 

found another one with the same lineup. Last week I found two baseball prime packs and this week I found three football. I’m highly satisfied with every lineup I’ve gotten so far.

 

I hate you too, due to jealousy of having no blasters to open.

 

Did so well on those sapphire boxes, debating buying another couple marked up, but I just can't justify it. Markup isn't insane on those at the moment (can get for $220 when sold for $150).

 

Think I'm going to hold, but pulled two base sapphires I'd sell or trade. Not great centering on either

 

I think I’ve finally gotten an in at my LCS to give me wholesale or close to wholesale prices if I buy by the case. He said he’ll let me know what I can get on cases of bowman sapphire after the holiday. I’ll post itt if it’s a good price and maybe I can send some boxes out to my e-friends

Some of the distributors, like MJ Holdings, have a lot of older products laying around and pack them up for resale. Most have cheaper stuff like Sage and Leaf but every now and then they will have more expensive stuff.

 

That’s interesting. So at a Walgreens they just put them on the shelf wrapped together somehow?

I follow this guy. He opens a lot of repack stuff from Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, Target, etc. You can get a good feel from his videos what they're like.

Color match prizms are so sick. My Trae came in today.

 

I popped into Walgreens today and they had one. It had a pack of Norte dame cards and a pack of Virginia cards and a bunch of loose cards. One was a 2016 draft contenders Brandon Allen auto lol. The rest were trash

yeah that’s a jumbo box. not the same thing. Prime packs are 8.99

 

And I hate those jumbo boxes. My rite aids went from cellos of optic football to nothing but those bullshit boxes.

 

2021 got pushed back... i'm not happy.

That card will go for an insane dollar figure.

Would imagine any 2021 Max cards will also go for a crazy amount given he's on track to win his first title

 

normally it is but for $10 or whatever your average Target/Walgreens/CVS repack costs, they're always worth buying in the wild

Pulled a Blaze sapphire auto. Not numbered but still worth $350 to $400. Gonna go ahead and send it to PSA

 

nothing too special but my local Walgreens had diamond king hangers on clearance for 40 cents. Got all three for $1.29.

 

Posted about this a couple months ago, but here is an update. I think the base autograph of Torkelson in Bowman Draft is more rare than a lot of the color ones. I really wish I could find a print run on them.

PSA has only graded 21 of them. For comparison PSA has graded 27 blue (/150), 29 blue wave (/150), 22 green (/99), 41 purple (/250), and 84 refractor (/499). There are only 6 that have sold on ebay since March, only one raw listed for sale currently.

 

Base is still a $500+ card, so its in line with what is getting graded. Also doesn't explain the lack of raw cards to hit ebay. I don't think in a world full of flippers that so many people would hold onto that card and not grade or sell.

 

Or there are thousands waiting to be graded at PSA

 

The price of that card would have required it to be express level or higher, which psa is up to date on now. Set also came out like 7 or 8 months ago
