Me and you both. I held VAL for probably two total months and sold it during the shakeout a couple weeks back to get money into other positions. I did hit on OAS so its not a total disaster from the energy pennies.
Same. They came out and said their rigs might not be operating until 2021 due to restrictions and prices so I jumped. And here we are
Can anyone make a living just buying and selling time of day? Every day for a month I’ve been up pre-market, high at 10:30-11:30, low at 1:30 and then build back up until 4.
I like it. I was literally betting Ukranian Table Tennis yesterday and I finally said fuck this lets do stocks. Now doing some research.
Probably. Penny stocks, especially, that are bought and sold almost entirely based on news and pump, have certain time patterns.
One of those days where it feels like everyone’s stocks are moving and mine just can’t jump over certain walls
I’d like to sell, but I’m holding on to my day trading opportunities in case my oil stocks start to plummet.
Slowly migrating to WeBull still. I'm going to try closing out some of my positions(see post from last week about the sheer number I have open), focusing on getting in earlier, and upping my volume for fewer positions.
Well, I've been at it for a while. I've been splitting my purchasing positions in RH and WeBull for over a week, building up a cash reserve in WeBull so I can make moves as soon as I'm all the way in.
He's in the UK. They pay broker fees still, but the trade off is the lack of a lot of the penalties the US has.
I've changed broker, and now that I made more than 3 trades last month my fees are £0, except 0.5% on foreign exchange fees on both sides
Any of the Atlas bros, their poll today is nuts. 96% green. I'm sitting at 13% gain for the day and this is the 6th day in a row of positive gain.
Such a stupid new question, I can't buy after hours correct? I went to buy IZEA at 1.08 at 4:01 and it wouldn't let me buy until tomorrow. So if I let it sit there, I wouldn't be able to get that 1.08 price correct?
That's the case on pretty much all of them. WeBull and RH both have checkboxes you have to tick in order to allow off-hour processing...but each platform carries different hours.
Thing I think I learned after doing this for 2 months is to hold these worthless pieces of shit for longer than you'd like if you don't make money because eventually they'll pop. Has happened on like 5 stocks for me.
Atlas was discussing this over the weekend, I think. Basically when the bottom fell out of the market, the pump and dump process of all these pennies "reset". They're all cheap af, and they're all going to get pumped again. Essentially, you're right. Take gains on things as the rise, but never put more into a stonk than you're willing to let sit for a few weeks until it finally moves.
