Summer is slowing down on runners. I think if schools shut down in a couple weeks, we'll see some more spikes on plays. I have a bunch of shit that I'm bag holding on and just averaging down but I'm not really entering new positions.
only thing i’m holding is some htgm that i bought this morning saw it was in the process of spiking at $.47, turns out it was buysellshort entering before sending out his htgm pump tweets unfortunately him (and me) the wall at $.50 is proving to be quite sturdy so it’s hovering around $.49ish even with the pump so yeah

hopped into $25 bke calls their eps was double their forecast, and they’re up 20% when i entered the volume on this thing is on pace to be wayyyy above its usual volume in a week this should blow up in my face accordingly

Of about 12 penny positions, I think I have 2 that are not down 15%+. One is up like 3% and the other is down 10%.
Yea this has been an ass kicking. Still up a significant amount but have given back a ton of gains in the last two weeks.
I’m following that dude too but it’s been painful because I’m navigating PDT, so I can’t get in and out of everything like he does, then once I’ve hit 3 DTs I can only swing overnight. His track record is fantastic since I’ve been following, just all about timing the exit correctly.
I'm only doing a few plays a day. Working solely on settled cash so I can get in and out. If you can't get enough of your money out of pennies, I'd open an account on a second broker and just cash trade on it for a while.

I've pivoted to this as well. Following the dudes in the atlas scalp room mostly. Only playing with settled cash keeps me from trying to do too much. But there's usually 1 high volume runner each day to ride, and it's a lot more fun than holding these pennies for weeks and risking that. So hard to time that shit though. Made like 25% getting in and out of BRQS across 2 accounts today. But made 0% on SONN after a 20% run/fall, now that cash is tied up for 2 days.
Ugh that one was tough. I had thankfully reduced my position in the last few weeks, but seeing a -70% in premarket today was no fun. I need my new swings to pay off

Nah. From what I gather it seems like people out high ask prices because they think it keeps people from shorting their stock. Boo Gives me time to just keep accumulating shares at this low price
