We took my 2.5yr old son to magic kingdom last Friday. 55-60degree temperatures made it an incredible day to walk around. Babymilk loved meeting Mickey, goofy and Donald
Here through the weekend. Didn’t realize there was a cheerleading competition going on. Rode the Disney bus with 40 teenagers tiktoking. This is what hell truly is
They come early February every year I just back from my Friday through Wednesday trip and we’ve came back with a lovely souvenir of the Flu. That said Cosmic rewind is awesome and Tron is utter insanity
Yup. February is a great time to go weather wise. But the cheerleading competitions that take over Hollywood Studios. 7th circle of hell. Look up the videos from the all star resorts right now. It's even worse than the parks
They loved Sanaa and raved about the bread/dips. Youngest and oldest boys got the Peri Peri (fish) and my wife and middle boy got the butter chicken. They then proceeded to tell me how much I would have loved it.
I feel for you who are a somewhat decent drive/flight to Orlando after your kids see this commercial tomorrow. Also sounds like the How To Train Your Dragon live action movie trailer will be tomorrow too.
The latest Phase Hero pod the main guy said he saw Iger at the Captain America premier and asked if he remembered him. They “interviewed” him for like 20 seconds a couple years ago at Comic-Con when he walked past the comic book.com booth. Igers response “yeah, I remember you guys asking me stuff, that was so generous of me to do that.” And walked away.
Not sure you'll need fast passes since that's the Monday after spring break. But you can always buy them in the park if the lines are too long. If you get to the park when it opens, you should be good. Do Iron Gwazi then Cheetah Hunt first imo. Currently at Busch Gardens since our passes expire next week. Let the kids bring a friend since we had guests passes to use. One of the friends has a platinum annual pass, which gives 50% off everything, so we got the kids fast passes.
Good stuff, thanks. I only picked Monday 3/24 since the prices for (4) quick queue passes was $240 less than if we went Sunday 3/23. 3/24-3/28 is our spring break down here but I'm sure it varies all over
Looks like a chatGPT writeup from someone who hasn't been to the park in a minute (used old/wrong names for some stuff). Assuming you're there at rope drop, Iron Gwazi and/or Cheetah Hunt are your first stops. They're the best coasters in the park and typically have the longest wait times as it gets busier. If you get to Iron Gwazi right away and get straight to Cheetah Hunt, you can generally stay ahead of the crowd if you go counterclockwise. Otherwise you can pick a direction and stick with it, knowing you'll hit a line for the one you didn't choose in the afternoon. It helps to know what's open or closed for maintenance on the day you go. Scorpion and supposedly Kumba are permanently closed. Sheikra and the 2 water rides (Congo river rapids and Stanley Falls Flume) were closed today for maintenance. I love BG, but they are awful at communicating what's open until you get to the ride and setting up open rides for efficiency. They'll run 1 car on a couple of coasters even though they're set up for 2 or more.
The fact that the Cannibal Corpse singer (no not Jim Carrey) is like the greatest claw player on earth and then donates all of it to children’s hospitals is so awesome
Lol, we definitely walked by them carrying those giant stuffed animals yesterday. Had no idea he was anyone, but seeing them carry those was comical.
My wife just told me they took dino land out of the Animal Kingdom. My kids loved it there. What are they replacing it with?
Thank god I didn't get a fast pass Thank all that is holy I didn't go to Universal My kids didn't go on anything at LL both have been on Dwarves Mine Train among other small coasters but absolutely refused to go on any coaster at LL even when I pulled up the numbers showing Mine Trains drop was taller (by 1 ft). To sum up that day for me: They still had a blast but I'm starting to wonder where I've gone wrong as a parent.
Me to my family in February: We really need to take a year off from WDW. Me on March 3rd: Browses website for spring specials.
The roller coasters at legoland honestly caused me physical pain. They are small cars and jerk you around. If you above 40 pray for your knees and hips.
Was looking at 4 park days with park hopper, but then realized with the savings of 5+ days we’re now looking at 5-6 park days without park hopper and it’s near the same price. trying to decide if we would do LL every day or just some. we typically book the room direct and get tickets on ticketsatwork.com. Any other sites I should look in to?
That’s very strange. Disney has gone out of their way to make sure that 3rd party vendors can’t undercut their prices
Ok, went to the site, it's a website that provides discount tickets to employees of certain companies that have partnered with Disney. Yea, you aren't doing better than that unless you qualify for a military discount.
Last time I used TicketsAtWork I didn’t think they did Disney but that was a long time ago. It’s legit, at least was a decade ago.
