I checked. Turn is 3, putting a flush draw on board. First to act bets 125, gets called, I shove for 550.

First to act had a set of fives, other guy had A2 and hit the straight on the turn.

River bricks out.

Looking back, if I bet flop, set of 5s calls and A2 mucks. I stack set of 5s to double up. But idk if I'd play it differently tbh. I've got both dead to 6 outs in the deck for a triple up. Just unlucky one hit.

 

In my mind, you played it correctly. You want them to do that every time.
