top gun is so
will not consider seeing unless Val Kilmer reprises his role as Iceman
Want to see more of Sundown/Walker Texas Ranger's partner
Hard deck my ass, we nailed that bird.
would need for him to be flying a hercules in order to fit him in the cockpit
GOAT movie but WOAT video game
Landing was the worst, this video sums it up
Should've called the ball
Finally, a sequel to the best beach volleyball movie ever made!
Also, I just re-raged the rage of one thousand VY Canis Majores at that NES landing sequence.
Couldn't be as bad as the first one.
I will kill your children
i wonder if Maverick will have truly acknowledged his homosexuality in the sequel
A harsh but fair judgment
Val Kilmer later made a movie "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" in which he played a flamingly gay private detective. While doing publicity for that movie, an interviewer asked him if he'd ever "played gay" before.
He said, "you mean besides Top Gun?"
As an aside, KKBB contains peak hotness Michelle Monaghan.
Sadly it can't be as good.
Can't match the soundtrack/score from the first one.
The 80s are over.
Will only watch if Shia plays the new hot shot candidate
shit, Val's yo-yo'd the other way pretty hard. Cancer's a motherfucker.
You are right, but I'm irrationally excited anyway.
Maverick has to be the new Viper right? Mustache and all?
Miles Teller as the new hot shot?
He can be the new Slider.
No way dude, Kenny Loggins is already recording the new soundtrack..."Highway to...the Nursing Home"
They should have Iceman flying cargo planes full of rubber dog shit out of Hong Kong in the sequel.
Maverick wil be an instructor at Top Gun teaching nerds how to fly drones.
as long as there's ridiculous, over the top characters and volleyball, I can accept that.
I think the days of seeing actual fighter jets is movies are over, unfortunately. Though, given Cruise's track record with practical stunt work he might insist on it.
No way they dont use actual fighters IMO.
depends on the budget. CG would be cheaper and easier and waaaaay less insurance.
Can't wait for the drone fly by scene!
President of some division of my company was talking in a meeting this morning and said "...the list is long and distinguished."
I was pretty much tuned out after that.
Navy is always willing to allow Hollywood to pimp out their stuff for a movie. My brother's ship was used for like three separate movies and film crews
agreed. The Navy will probably do it for free considering all the great publicity and new recruits they got from the last one. CGI would be easier, but hopefully they use actual planes
Always and forever
This movie is going to be horrible.
And I'm going to love every second of it.
Cobra Kai has given me hope
F 18? Ew.
